Chapter 10

"Malaika, how could you slam my recently healed body" Naresh said grimacing in pain.

When the two were arguing over their innocence and being protective, the door of the room was knocked by someone. Malaika also walked quickly towards the rectangular-shaped board.

"Mr Naresh, it's lunch time. Mr. Kamandaka and the others were already waiting at the dining table," said the butler.

Malaika and Naresh went down to the first floor and there were two empty seats there. The man snorted because the seat for Malaika was far from where he used to sit.

"Grandfather I ate it wanted to be near Malaika. So, I asked for a position to be shifted by Uncle Shaka's," Naresh said.

"Maheswara, you move there!" kamandaka Grandpa's word to the granddaughter of the daughter who is his stepson.

Gendis is a serial child brought by Grandpa Kamandaka's second wife. She is the mother of Maheswara. Meanwhile, Abimana is also the granddaughter of her stepson named Kinara. Gendis and Kinara are different mothers. 

Kamandaka's grandfather married his second wife in his sophomore year, after his first wife or grandmother Naresh died giving birth to Arya, his father Naresh. She married a kindly widow of two children whose life was full of suffering, because it was always tormented by her ex-husband. So, only Naresh is the only person who has a relationship coming with him in this house.

Maheswara, who had a heart for Malaika, continued to look at her with a wild look. Back when he was about to harass the woman while sleeping in Naresh's office, he got a raw bogem from his brother. However, that doesn't make him stale. Even in the elevator he was about to hug her, but the girl hit him back until he was battered. Since then no longer dare to commit acts of harassment to Malaika openly. However, the chatter of him was getting to him. 

The romance between Malaika and Rahandika makes Maheswara happy. Since then he has come back to openly say love to her. Even in front of other people or in public places he doesn't care.

"Why don't you go back to the office?" asked Gendis while looking towards Malaika.

The people there already knew that Gendis did not like Malaika who had rejected her child outright. He did not accept the treatment of the woman with his nephew who always just cornered and blamed his son.

"He will be where I am" Naresh replied, staring intently at his aunt.

"Then he ate a blind paycheck!" beat Gendis cynically.

"Of course not. He did all that I told him to do" Naresh argued with a cynical smile.

The relationship between Naresh and Gendis is less harmonious. This is because this woman used to like to corner and slander Naresh's birth mother for the death of Arya. The pressure often exerted by Gendis made his mother Naresh depressed and fell ill to death.

"Hidden, you! We're eating. If you don't want to eat, you better get out of here!" tell Grandpa Kamandaka resolutely and half-shouting.

Unpleasant circumstances for Malaika as well as for Naresh. The man took the secretary away and decided to eat outside. That's why Naresh chose to live alone in an apartment.

"What's my schedule today, Malaika?" naresh asked as soon as the secretary walked into his room.

"Meeting with the Group Companies and will continue lunch together. Then, in the afternoon there was a meeting with Mr. Burhan. He will inform the progress of the case," Malaika replied as she read what was on the tablet.

"Well, that's a schedule. It's usually very dense from morning to evening" Naresh said in disbelief.

"You're still recovering, so don't get too tired. All the work has been delegated to Rahandika," said Malaika, who now stands facing her superior.

Naresh's work is not too much that he does, but Rahandika is very busy with his work schedule. Even so, the President continues to monitor and brief his assistant.

"Malaika, where are you going to have lunch?" rahandika asked when she came to the cabinet where the girl worked.

"Maybe in the cafeteria or in the room of Mr. President. He often told me to eat with him" Malaika replied in an annoyed tone.

"If you want us to eat together and take Mr. President with us. We ate at the Mpok Aminah restaurant. Yesterday he asked you, he said he wanted to meet," the young man told the owner of their grocery store.

"I also miss the cuisine of Mpok Aminah. I just take Mr. President to there," said Malaika happy. The old woman's cooking was very suitable on her tongue.

Naresh, who was used to eating alone with Malaika, became selfish and hoped that only they would eat there without Rahandika. He felt that his assistant was still trying to establish a relationship with Malaika again. This is obvious because both are still in love.

'How can Malaika be crazy about me, huh? Eh, since when do I want that girl to be so obsessed? May the Maheswara curse me to be infatuated with Malaika. If it has been to that stage it is not pure love anymore, but crazy love!' (Narrish)

"Sir! Mr President! So, how? Will you come with us to eat at the Mpok Aminah food stall?" Malaika raised her voice to be heard clearly by Naresh.

'Did his ears come back, huh? Because yesterday I slammed.' (Malaika)

"Don't yell that way! I heard Malaika. What do you think I'm a prudeg!' Naresh grumbled because the secretary treated him like a prankster.

"So, Mr. President has been quiet ever since. So, I shouted to let it be heard," Malaika replied with a big smile.

"Well, I'll go with you to eat there" Naresh said, standing up.

When they were eating there. There came someone who was a surprise to all three. Especially for Malaika.
