Arka's voice that sounded panicked, made Birru feel that something was not right. He immediately coded Roy to return as soon as possible.

“Arka what's up? Speak clearly so that papa understands!” birru said to the son who was still communicating with him through a phone call.

“Mama, Pa. Mama can keep crying, Papa Cakra had also vomited no blood. Papa hurry here, Arka is afraid!”

“You calm down first yes, dear! Papa's coming soon! You accompany Mama anyway!”

After getting the news that made him worried, Birru and Roy immediately rushed to the hospital. The most important thing right now is the safety of Arka, Aize, and also Cakra.

Arriving at the hospital, Birru sees Arka and Aize who appear to be hugging. While inside the Cakra room there are both Cakra and Birru parents who also look very sad.

“Arka!” call Birru who made Aize turn to her.

The boy ran over to his father who had just arrived. Although he looked tired, Birru still carried the son, then brought him back to sit near Aize.

“Aize what's up? Did something happen with Cakra?” birru asked the twin wife.

Aize shook his head weakly. Not only was Cakra's current state interfering with his mind, but the business problems and demands of some of the servants who wanted to resign. Aize had never interfered with their business matters since having Arka, because it was Cakra himself who wanted him to be able to focus on taking care of the child. Then, now that her husband was sick and faced with problems, wasn't it Aize who had to take over his responsibilities?

“I don't know why the problem came so hard on us. What is our real fault?”

Birru holds Arka and enters Cakra's room to retrieve the tissue. He saw his twin brother resting. He briefly glanced at his parents who were waiting for Cakra anxiously. However, he ignored her without even saying hello or making small talk.

Birru's outstretched hand gave Aize a tissue. “Don't cry, Aize. I'll take care of everything! Now focus on healing Cakra.”

Aize looked at the man who had impregnated her and tried to find sincerity through her eyes. All this time, Birru's attitude had made him suspicious and unable to believe it, but for now there was indeed nothing Aize could rely on.

Seeing Aize silent and just staring at him, Birru self-conscious that it was hard for the woman to believe him after all that had happened. He took the initiative to find out what happened to Cakra's efforts, but the voice of his mother calling out Cakra delayed his intention.

Aize and Birru who were carrying Arka both entered the room Cakra. Aize was seen wiping away her tears and trying to smile in front of her husband.

“Iya, Mas. You need something?” aize asked as she brought her face closer to her husband.

“I'm sorry, Aize! I haven't been the perfect husband for you!” replied Cakra in a soft voice and could only be heard by Aize.

Aize tried to hold back the tears that burst out. “You remain my most perfect husband, Mas. No one can replace you. You are the best!” Aize landed a kiss on Cakra's forehead, and immediately wiped away the tears that had already come out of his eye patch.

“If I go, you want to live with Birru, ‘kan? He's all I can trust, Aize!”

“No, Mas! You have to endure, you can't go!”

“Birru!” summon the chakra that made Aize even more teary-eyed.

Aize glanced at Birru and let the man approach Cakra. His heart was so fragile that it could not withstand the tightness in the chest seeing the already alarming state of Cakra.

“If I go, you can marry Aize. But, in the next life, give him back the same to me!”

Although very soft, Aize could hear what her husband said. For whatever sake, she never thought of replacing Cakra with another, even if her husband was gone for good.

Birru looked at Aize. He knew how broken Aize's heart was to hear Cakra's words, and it made Birru reject the words of her twin brother.

“Aize only has you, Cakra. You don't talk carelessly! I'm looking for the best hospital for you! Don't give up!” exclaimed Birru cheering his twin.

“I'm not sure I can last too long! You have to promise, Birru. In the next life Aize remains mine!”
