Mama Cakra finally recounts all the events that happened when Cakra and Birru were born. Birru was born with normal health, while Cakra had to be cared for due to respiratory distress. The poor life leaves Cakra's parents confused. Until finally, there was someone who wanted to adopt Birru because the baby was very handsome, whereas the old man had no offspring.

With a heavy heart and to save the life of Cakra who had to be cared for and needed a lot of biaaya, finally the parents of the twins gave up their first son to be adopted. Looking at his wife who had fainted, Cakra really felt worried and thought things through. Along the way to the hospital, he remembered his happy times with Aize.

The woman had accompanied him since the beginning of the business. Now, he began to remember the sacrifice of Aize who was willing to be his wife despite many obstacles including the blessing of the mother.

Cakra also began to think with his logic. Aize may be right in not being able to tell the difference between herself and the very identical Birru. It made Cakra realize that this was not Aize's fault. He was a victim of Birru and the selfishness of his family.

Arriving at the hospital, Aize was immediately treated by medics in the emergency room. There, Cakra felt very sad and worried about the state of the wife.

“Aize, sorry!” Cakra is really scared now. He could not imagine his life when he lost Aize. Even now Arka was taken from him.

Cakra thought of his four-year-old son. She knew Arka might be Birru's biological son, but she took care of him and raised him from the womb. He recalled the time the new Ark was born, and it was the greatest happiness Cakra had ever felt.

“Aize, awake! I want us to find Arka together. I don't care if Arka's my real son or not, obviously you're still my wife, Aize. Arka is my son!”
