DKS Chapter 38

Birru enjoys his time with Arka. She accidentally goes to America to forget and let go of Aize who has owned her twin sister. He spent his last night with Arka by taking her son to play whatever he wanted until late.

Meanwhile, Cakra, who had just done bed sports with Aize, was now facing the laptop even though his wife had not yet woke up. He was so busy taking care of the work and also the complicated problems that he had been facing lately.

Aize awakens and searches for her husband on the other side of her bed, but Cakra is not there. The woman came out of the room and looked for the whereabouts of Cakra. It was still dark outside, and it was impossible for the man to go to work.

Aize's eyes suddenly stared sadly at her husband who was focusing on his work. Before approaching Cakra, Aize went to the kitchen first to make her husband a warm drink.

Attentively, Aize finally approached Cakra who was currently still focused on his work to the point of having to wake up in the morning blind.

“Drink the tea first, Mas!” exclaim Aize while offering a cup of warm tea for Cakra.

“Still, Darling!” Cakra smiled and enjoyed the wife's tea.

Aize actually did not want to bother her husband, but working at this early hour was unnatural. For this reason, Aize needed to ask her husband something.

“There is a big problem yes, Mas?” aize asked as she massaged her husband's shoulder which might feel tired from having to work in front of the laptop continuously.

Cakra seemed to think for quite a while. He hesitated with his own suspicions because he actually felt that something was amiss with everything that was happening at the moment.

“Last-lately, I feel there are a lot of problems coming over our efforts. I don't know what a coincidence or what, which is clear after I witnessed a collision that made a traveling food seller's mother die, the problem came in a row,” replied Cakra in the end.

“Means this isn't Birru, Mas?” tanya Aize who actually suspects her husband's twin brother because Aize himself knows how Birru's attitude so far.

Four years of enduring fear due to Birru's threats and attitude towards Aize, makes it hard for the woman to believe that Birru has indeed changed now. However, looking at the man's good attitude towards Arka, she also felt indecisive.

In the afternoon, Birru drove Arka home. Arka felt very sad because she had to part with Birru who could always make her happy. While Aize felt uneasy because Cakra was not at home when Birru said goodbye now.

“Mas Cakra said he was still at the cafe. I've not been answered,” said Aize when Birru said goodbye to America because of his flight tonight.

“I follow him. Later if he calls, tell me I'm going there! I tipped Arka yes, if there is anything please notify me.” Birru immediately said goodbye because the time was not much.

Arka and Aize's farewell to Birru finally occurs. The boy burst into tears after Birru's car left Cakra's yard. However, Aize tried to calm his son down.

“Aize, I hope after this I can let you go. When I come back later, hopefully you can grant Arka's wish to have a sister, Birru's inner” while daydreaming at the car window, while her confidants are seen watching her from the middle rearview mirror.

Some time passed, Aize got a call from Birru. He's been telling you some really bad news.

“What? Mas Cakra accident?”

It felt like Aize was about to faint, but he tried hard and catch his breath because there was an Arka that he had to think about as well.
