5 Years later....
"Ma, when will Oma and Papa come?" ask the boys impatiently.
Ever since being told that oma and her papa were coming, Daffa - a 4.6-year-old boy - was impatient to see each other. This was their first meeting in person after several times they made a video call.
"Beauty soon, maybe they're on the way. Daffa is patient." The woman in the toska-colored suit and the matching-colored veil replied.
Nisa could understand why Daffa was so impatient to see her father. Since he knew that he still had a father, the toddler could not wait to meet his father in person.
At first Nisa wanted to continue hiding from her ex-husband and in-laws. However, his meeting with Vena coincidentally how much later made him finally succumb and begin to introduce the figure of papa to Daffa, even though it was only through a phone call.
Nisa realized, her relationship with Bima can no longer be repaired. But, that does not mean Daffa's right to get affection from his biological father should he obstruct.
"Ma, we'll eat at the restaurant that just opened in front of the road there huh?" ask Daffa and ask.
"There's a new restaurant out front?" ask Nisa.
"There's Madam. Den Daffa even knows the owner of the restaurant," replied Rini. "Yes, right, Den?"
Rini is a babysitter who Nisa deliberately hires to help take care of Daffa while she is at work.
Daffa nodded.
"Ohya? How can?" ask Nisa again.
"So the story of Gini Madam.... " Rini began to tell the beginning of Daffa to get acquainted with the owner of the restaurant.
That day at Daffa school there was a children's and fathers' event. Not making his mother sad, Daffa chose not to tell his mother about the activities at school. Daffa still came to school even though only accompanied by the babysitter. But before coming to school the 4.6-year-old boy asked to play in the city park for a while. He reasoned that if he saw his friends coming with their father, he would not be too sad.
And while playing it was accidentally he hit an adult man who eventually became a good friend of Daffa. The man even wanted to come to Daffa school and pretend to be his father.
"Honey, why don't you tell Mama if there's a show at school?" nisa protested while looking at her son.
"Daffa doesn't want to see Mama sad when Daffa talks about Papa" Daffa replied, shaking his lips.
Nisa pulled her beloved son into the deck. He should not have blocked the number Bima and his mother long ago. Because no matter how much she rents to her ex-husband she should still give access to Bima to meet her son.
"Sorry Mama yes dear, because Mama, you can just meet your Papa now," said Nisa.
"It's okay, Ma. Daffa was finally able to go through the day just like any other child thanks to the owner of the restaurant" replied Daffa. "Ma, later invite Papa and Oma to eat at the restaurant. Daffa promised Om that he would come and take Mama to the restaurant after the opening!"
"Yes, Honey. We'll be there with your papa and your oma." Nisa rubbed her son's cheek gently.
Tin!
The sound of the car horn from outside made Daffa turn towards his mother. "Ma, what are Oma and Papa?" ask Daffa.
"It seems," answered Nisa. "Let's go out to greet them!"
Nisa held her son's hand and walked out of the house.
A middle-aged man and woman got out of the car. The mother and son stepped closer to Nisa and Daffa.
"Nis, how are you?" sapa Bima's. The man looked thinner than the last time Nisa saw him.
"Thank God be good, Mas. How are you doing yourself?" nisa replied, asking back from her ex-husband.
"My news has been bad since we split up. But, now I'm glad that I finally got to meet you and our son in person. I had been expecting this for a long time," Bima said, she then crouched down in front of the toddler who was standing next to Nisa.
Bima's eyes glazed over to see her son. "Is he our son, Nis?" ask without taking his eyes off.
"Yes, Mas. His name is Daffa." Nisa introduced her son.
"What Om, Daffa's papa?" asked Daffa with his innocent expression.
"Papa misses you, baby. Miss you so much."
"Daffa too" replied Daffa.
"Ma, Mas Bima. Please enter!" take Nisa. She invited her ex-husband and father-in-law to go inside.
The four of them entered the house.
"She, this." Bima handed the brown envelope to his ex-wife.
"What is this, Mom?" nisa is confused.
"That's living money for Daffa. I leave my income every month for him. Maybe not much, but that's what I can give to my son" explained Bima.
"Mas, I don't.... "
"A father has the obligation to provide a living to his son until his son is puberty and can get his own money. So please accept it. Don't let me add to my mountainous sins!" pinta Bima earnestly.
"Thank you, Nis. That's Daffa's right!" ask Vein.
Nisa let out her breath. He then looked at Bima and her former in-laws for a moment.
"All right, I'll take this. I will keep this money in Daffa's name" replied Nisa as she received the brown envelope Bima gave her.
Nisa did not count how much money Bima gave to her son, because she did not actually need the money. He could still provide a decent living for his son with his own money.
"Thank you, yes, Nis," said Bima and only answered with a nod by Nisa.
Nisa enters letting her son to play with Bima and her former in-laws. However, in the midst of their togetherness Daffa suddenly invited Mama, Papa, and Omanya to come to the restaurant opening. He promised the restaurant owner that he would come to the opening ceremony.
"What is he, Nis, like Daffa likes that guy?" ask Bima. There was a feeling of dislike when the son he had just met was seen to like another figure besides himself.
"I don't know him either, Mom. But from the story I just heard, it seems like Daffa likes it" replied Nisa.
"Come on, Ma, Pa, sneak. The cut-off show is about to start!" daffa Whine.
"Yes, Honey. This is also our way, right," answered Nisa because at this time they are all in one car.
The car stopped right in front of the restaurant.
"The show is about to start" Daffa said.
"Dear be careful." Nisa warns her son who immediately jumps down from inside the car.
Daffa immediately ran over to the man who was preparing to cut the ribbon.
"Om" call Daffa.
"Hi Boy, why are you so late?" ask the man.
"Sorry, Om. Daffa used to play with Papa and Oma" replied Daffa innocently.
"Papa? It wasn't that time you said your papa.... "
"Today Papa and Oma came Om" replied Daffa. "And. in addition to inviting Mama here, Daffa also ngajak Papa and Oma," he continued.
The man cringed.
"That's them!" show Daffa.
The man called Om by Daffa looked in the direction he was pointing. He was shocked when he saw the people Daffa had appointed. Same with Nisa and Bima. The eyes of both also buy when they see the face of the person called Om by their child.
