They are drawing nearer to the man of their charitable reckoning, while they are in neglect (with the world), turning away (from the Hereafter).

Not a new (derived) verse of the Quran came to them from their Lord, but they heard it, and they were playing games,"

(again) their hearts are in a state of neglect. And those who wronged kept their talk a secret: "This man is nothing but a human being (jua) like you, so do you accept that magic, when you see it?

"Blessed is Muhammad (to them): "My Lord knows all the words of the heavens and the earth and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing"

They even said (after all): "(The Quran is) dreams that are confused, even concocted, even he himself is a poet, so he should bring us a miracle, the past apostles were sent

There is not (residents) a land of faith that We have destroyed before them; will they believe?

"And We have not made them bodies that eat no food, nor are they (for everlasting).

"Then We kept the promise (which We promised) to them. And We saved them and those whom We will and destroyed those who transgressed

"We have sent down to you a book in which there are glory for you. Do you not understand it?"

Verses 1-10 Surah Al-Anbiyaa’ explains some important things including the following:

1) The day of the end is near, but man neglects to be immersed in the life of the world and avoids to believe it.

2) When the verses of the Qur’an are recited, they listen to it while playing around and their hearts are neglected by the life of the world.

3) The disbelievers of Mecca accused the Apostle Saw of being a sorcerer, the revelation revealed by God was magic, the result of dreams and a mere thread of poetry, because they saw Muhammad Saw.

4) Allah commanded the Apostle Saw to remind them that He knows these words because Allah is All-Seeing and All-Hearing.

5) The request of the disbelievers that the Apostle Saw may prove his apostleship by showing the miracles of the greatness of God like the apostles before him is unacceptable.

How many miracles God performed, yet the apostles still disbelieved in Allah and in them. How many lands has Allah destroyed, for they will not believe in Allah and their apostles.

6) All the apostles of God were men of revelation. They were ordinary humans, eating and also dying. Allah proved His promise by saving the believers and destroying the unbelievers in Him and His apostles.

Talk about the nearness of the Day of Resurrection and for man to prepare himself to face it, the human state that is negligent towards it and towards the Qur’an, and, the scorn of the polytheists against the apostleship of Muhammad shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and against the revelation he brought and the rebuttling of the Qur’an against him, mentioning the nature of the apostles, and that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala defended them and destroyed the disbelievers.

Verily, the Qur’an was revealed by Allah to Muhammad Saw, and in it is full of lessons. Why does man not understand?

for santri who know the meaning and understand the meaning they cry considering the behavior of those who are still negligent in worship, especially when reading and believing the Qur'an, but different from Rania.
