لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ

which means "God does not burden a person but according to his ability"

It means that Allah Shubhanallahu wa ta’alla does not burden a person beyond his ability. This shows the love Allah has for His creatures, and the good that is given to them.

لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا ٱكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ

the one who means "He gets the reward (of virtue) he seeks and he gets the punishment (of evil) he does.

he means that he will get the reward of the good that was done before, and will also get the punishment for the deeds
