Paid Seedlings
A Decision

The intention of Bryan who wanted to stay at the hotel and would immediately go on vacation failed, when he got news from his mother that Cloe suddenly had a high fever. Of course his wife was whining to him to go straight home. Bryan felt a little upset, but his daughter's health was more mainstream for now.

"How's Ma, Cloe?" manika asked so frantically when she had just entered Cloe's room. It looks like Shakki is looking after her granddaughter.

"It's light, honey. It was also the same doctor had been given syrup." Shakki explained to calm his daughter-in-law. Then he looked towards the son with a sharp look.

"What are you doing my son-in-law?" shakki asked annoyed at her son.

"Chanting Bryan's name" replied Bryan.

Shakki's emotions were further ignited after hearing the answer from her son. Then Shakki steps closer to Bryan, while Cloe is now in Manika's arms.

"You're that, can't what if later just make a dedek for Cloe?" Shakki was so furious with her son. Directly Shakki pinched pinch after pinch on Bryan.

Bryan just kept quiet, not wanting to make a fuss with his mama anymore. Then he stepped closer to where Manika was holding her daughter.

"How Dear? Has the fever gone away? Do we need to take him to the doctor again?" bryan asked, sticking his hand on Cloe's forehead.

"That's fine, Mas. We wait for tomorrow, if we still have a fever, we take it to the hospital again" said Manika.

Then Shakki came out of his grandson's room. Let them take care of Cloe tonight.

Two days had passed, and Cloe had no fever. As long as Cloe's sick, Manika doesn't go to work. Actually, Shakki also said that Manika should be at home and focus on taking care of Cloe.

However, his daughter-in-law remained stubborn. Manika still keukeh wants to finish his contract, new risegn. Shakki finally gave up on his daughter-in-law's will.

"Have you got your son better, Ka?" ask Gauri who just arrived. Manika nodded her head while tidying up her desk.

"Just say, Ka," said Gauri, who understood Manika's intentions. Guess Gauri.

Manika hesitates to ask Gauri something. He thought of the right words. After quite a while of silence, Manika finally started to open her voice.

"What do you think if I quit?" lirih Manika's. Then glanced at Gauri who was beside him.

Instantly Gauri's laughter broke after hearing the question thrown by Manika. How could his co-worker ask something so trivial, but look scared when saying it.

"IIihh. Even laughing like that," annoyed Manika hit his coworker's arm slowly.

"Hahaha.anyways you're weird, Ka. Why does it go to me too. You should go to your husband, not me." Gauri could not stop laughing at Manika's innocent nature.

"I don't want to separate from you, Ga." said Manika as she blinked her eyes. And that made Gauri look up at her co-worker like that.

"Does your husband mind if you work?" Gauri was so reluctant to mention Bryan by name. Their marriage was also hidden.

No one knows that Manika is the wife of the director they work for. Gauri wouldn't ask Manika that either. Most importantly for her, Manika is happy now and Cloe can also meet her real father.

"They told me to focus on Cloe, Ga," replied Manika who looked so heavy leaving her job.

"I think you should follow what they say" Gauri suggested. "Cloe you've lived from childhood. It's time you enjoyed your daughter's growth. Because moments like that will not happen again, Ka. Don't you know more about that?" Gauri.

Manika confirmed what Gauri had said. He should not be selfish just to finish the rest of his contract. This is her husband's own company. Despite the weight, Manika still has to prioritize Cloe first.
