Paid Seedlings
We're Over

"Who is Bry? How do you seem to not be willing to leave," asked Casandra who is now standing next to Bryan who is still at home staring at the departure of Manika.

Meanwhile, Miko immediately moved away from her boss, and chose to go to her room for lunch.

Bryan didn't answer Casandra's question. He preferred to go into his room and sit his body in his great chair. His hand grabbed the phone that was on the table, then rubbed the screen of his phone.

There is a picture of two women who are now his future. Her lips lifted up to review a smile, as she stared at her phone. Makes Casandra curious, what makes Bryan like that so ignore his existence.

"You see what the hell, Bry?" casandra asked as she opened the food supply that she brought. "This is Bry, eat first. I'm the one who cooks, myself" Casandra offered the food she had prepared for Bryan.

"Why are you here?" instead of responding to Casandra's words and eating the food that had been brought for her, Bryan instead stared dislikefully at Casandra.

"Don't you like me here?" casandra asked, looking in surprise at Bryan.

"It's working hours" Bryan replied briefly, not wanting to make matters worse. Then Bryan typed something on his phone screen, then sent the message to his wife.

"It's lunch time, Bry. Don't you miss my cooking?" casandra asked trying to feed Bryan. But Bryan soon distanced himself from Casandra. Makes Casandra even more upset.

"What's wrong with you, Bry? From that moment on, keep from me. Your attitude is very different when we used to be" protested Casandra.

"That was, Cas. Before you betrayed me," Bryan said, silencing Casandra's mouth, who wanted to protest back.

"Sorry," said Casandra. He feels guilty to Bryan if he remembers his actions a few years back.

"Let it pass, Cas. We live each of our lives ahead. Make the past a lesson for you to move forward. Be careful when taking action. Think first, what consequences you will get later. Do not be too rash in deciding something," said Bryan.

"Can't we go back to what we used to be?" casandra asked with a pleading look.

Bryan stood up, then patted Casandra on the shoulder. "Our relationship ended in the past. Find happiness in the coming day. And I'm happy with my future,"

"My happiness is you, Bry!" Casandra was powerless to stem the water that would fall from her eyes.

"But I already have someone I deserve to be happy with, Cas. I'm married and have a child" Bryan said.

He did not want his wife to misunderstand him again. Bryan really wants to leave his past behind and get through his future with his wife.

Prangs!

The food supply place for Bryan fell from Casandra's hands, when her ears heard that Bryan was married. They even have a child. His tears were also dripping very hard. Will his hopes stop here?

"No way! You lied, didn't you, Bry?" casandra's cry broke when she saw Bryan shaking his head and justifying his words.

"Why are you the same, Bry?

"It's not me, Cas! But you were the one who left me, first. I want to accept you for who you are. And now I have my happiness. I'll protect them. I hope you understand, Cas. And I'm sorry, if I gave you a false hope yesterday" Bryan said, then walked out of his room.

There was guilt in Bryan's heart. But he has to be firm in his attitude. He does not want to make the wife misunderstand him, which will affect harmony in his household later.

"Is there really no chance for me?" lirih Casandra stared at Bryan's departure who did not look at him even though.
