Four

When in the room. Erland asked Callista to sit on a sofa in the corner of his room. Callista just said yes. Erland was sitting next to Callista.

"Have you ever worked before?" erland. Shifting his eyes to Callista.

"I actually graduated from college a few months ago. I have never worked. But I have experience working at the time of the internship on campus" Callista smiled knot. Then thrust the red map in front of Erland.

"This is my form" continued Callista. Erland stared for a moment at the map that Callista was holding. Then pick it up and start reading.

"alright. I'll ask my subordinates about what work you should do while being my secretary" Callista nodded in agreement.

"Just you'll be the contract secretary first. If your job is good then I will adopt as permanent secretary" continued Erland.

"Good Pa. No problem" Callista smiled.

"This is the contract form you have to sign" Erland thrust a brown map at Callista. Callista swiftly grabbed it.

"I'll sign Pa" Callista took the balpoin in her bag. Then open the map containing a piece of paper.

"Do you not want to read it first?" erland. Callista stopped his movements for a moment. Then raised his face to look at Erland.

"I trust you Pa. There's no way a good person like you has bad intentions" Callista smiled knotfully. Then looked back at the file in front of him. Callista signed the contract.

"It's done Pa" Callista re-stretched the map to Erland. And Erland grabbed it quickly.

"I've asked my subordinates to tell you about his work. He'll be here soon. For a while you can wait at your table. The table is in front of my desk" Erland said. Then he walked over to his desk. While Callista walked towards the table that Erland had pointed at earlier.

Then Callista waited a little. Someone knocked behind the door. Callista swiftly approached him.

"Let me open Pa" Callista walked back after getting a nod from Erland. He opened the door. Then he saw a man of strong stature.

"Are you Miss Callista?" said the burly man. Callista nodded.

"I'm the one Mr. Erland ordered to tell you about your work" the man said.

"Well, where are we going to talk?" callista.

"Follow my room Miss" Callista nodded. But before he followed the man, he first asked Erland's permission.

After getting Erland's permission. Callista stepped quickly following the man's departure.

When in the room.

Callista circulated his gaze through every corner in the room.

"Sit here Miss" the man told Callista. Callista walked up to him, then sat down in front of the man.

"Actually the work you'll do during Mr. Erland's secretary is not so much. Your job is just to organize the paperwork that needs to be signed and arrange a schedule of meetings with clients or business partners" the man said. Callista nodded his head in understanding digesting every word the man said before him.

"Only the rules are so many. I've written everything Mr. Erland likes and dislikes. Take this" the man thrust a piece of paper at Callista. Then he grabbed it and read the origin of the writing contained in the paper.

"alright. I will try to be the ideal secretary for Mr. Erland. I make sure there are no mistakes" Callista said showing the paper he was holding.

"But Miss. You have to be careful with whatever Mr. Erland says. He doesn't like any rejection. Once spoken, it is an order. You have to obey everything he's told, including what he wants" the man said. Callista nodded quickly in response to his words. Even though he was astonished by what the man said. Callista felt that something was implied in his every speech. But again Callista ignored him.

"Then you can return to your room" Callista nodded. Then get up from his seat. He moved his foot out of the room after saying thank you.

Now Callista has returned his work shirt which is in the same room with Erland.

"Callista, come here!" tell Erland to look towards Callista.

"Yes, Pa" Callista walked up to Erland's desk and stood beside him.

"Do this!" point Erland at the laptop in front of him.

"Good Pa. I will do. Can it be sent to my laptop? Coincidentally I brought lap____"

"Can't! You have to work on this diltop. This is an important file. I can't just send this file" Erland said quickly. Cut Callista's word.

"alright. I understand" Callista smiled. Then I'm about to step away.

"Where are you going?" erland said with the look in his eyes that looked at Callista.

"I want to take Pa's seat. I can't possibly sit in your seat" Callista said.

"Sit in my chair! I'll sit in another chair" take a seat near him, then position him near his seat of power.

"How come Pa, this is your seat of power?" Callista pointed at the chair with his five fingers.

"Say sit down!" hearing Erland's remark back made Callista nod quickly. He remembered what the burly man had said. That Mr. Erland doesn't like rejection. Callista did not want to make his boss angry. Finally he just nodded obediently, then sat in Erland's seat of power.

"Do you have a problem?" erland looked at Callista who was focusing on the laptop screen. Callista who heard the words paused for a moment. He remembered what Erland disliked.

Mr. Erland didn't like it when he was talking and his interlocutors didn't look at him. The contents in the paper that the burly man had given Callista.

Remembering that sentence. Callista stopped his activities for a moment. Then he turned to look at the man beside him.

"Yes Pa. I am in trouble. And my mind was in a mess. I hit my car" Callista said again showing his guilty face.

"Is your problem big?" ask Erland back.

"It's really just about the money. My sister is being treated at home for an accident. And I haven't paid the cost of the hospital. The doctor said if I did not pay the bill immediately, the hospital was forced to return my sister. While my sister still needs optimal care" Callista smiled faintly. Erland who heard it only nodded her head.

"I'll get back to work" Callista said. Then his gaze shifted to stare back at the laptop screen in front of him.

"Later on your break you will go to lunch with me" Erland said. Callista turned his face back to look at the man.

"No need Pa. I don't want to bother you" Callista replied.

"Absolutely not. It's become a rule. The previous secretary also always went to lunch with me"

"But Pa, I feel bad"

"Callistas! I don't like____"

"You don't like Pa's rejection. Then all right. I'll go to lunch with Father" Erland who heard Callista's approval nodded in a smile. But his smile had another meaning. No one knows what his actions mean.
