According to the Hadith History (HR) of Muslim Imams, at the age of 4 months, the baby in the womb already has complete body parts like a human being.
إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يُجْمَعُ خَلْقُهُ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا، ثُمَّ يَكُونُ فِي ذَلِكَ عَلَقَةً مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ يَكُونُ فِي ذَلِكَ مُضْغَةً مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ يُرْسَلُ الْمَلَكُ فَيَنْفُخُ فِيهِ الرُّوحَ، وَيُؤْمَرُ بِأَرْبَعِ كَلِمَاتٍ: بِكَتْبِ رِزْقِهِ، وَأَجَلِهِ، وَعَمَلِهِ، وَشَقِيٌّ أَوْ سَعِيدٌ
It means: “Truly every one of you gathered his creation in his mother's stomach for forty days (in the form of sp*rma), then became a lump of blood in forty days anyway, then it became a lump of meat within forty days as well. Then an angel blew a soul into it and was commanded to write down four things; his fortune, his death, his charity, and whether he became a wretched or happy man.” (Muslim bin Hajjaj An-Naisaburi, Shahi Muslim).
From the above hadith it is known that the process of human creation when in the content originally in the form of ****** (nuthfah) which process for 40 days. After that it becomes a blood clot for 40 days, and then a lump of meat within 40 days as well. That way, it can be concluded, the process of forming a fetus in the womb to perfection takes 3 x 40 days, which means 120 days or equal to 4 months.
According to the hadith, at the age of 4 months, God also ordered one angel to do two things. First blow the soul into the fetus. Second, the angel is ordered to record four things related to sustenance, death, charity, and the happiness or woe of the fetus when he lives and ends his life in the world later.
Faculty Lecturer Ushuluddin UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta, Ustaz Dr. Arrazy Hasyim MA explained, that the law of holding a 4-month subscription depends on the content of the show.
"Tradition of salvation, we do not punish him as his name implies, but according to his content. In this case we first define, what is a monthly 4 salvation. After we look carefully, then the tradition of the 4 or 7 monthly salvation only contains prayer and prayer so that the mother and the baby get salvation, become a godly or godly child,"

كٓهٰيٰـعٓـصٓ
1. Kaf Ha Ya Ain Shad's
ذِكۡرُ رَحۡمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَـبۡدَهٗ زَكَرِيَّا
2. (This is read) the explanation of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah,
اِذۡ نَادٰى رَبَّهٗ نِدَآءً خَفِيًّا
3. (i.e.) when he prays to his Lord in a soft voice.
قَالَ رَبِّ اِنِّىۡ وَهَنَ الۡعَظۡمُ مِنِّىۡ وَاشۡتَعَلَ الرَّاۡسُ شَيۡبًا وَّلَمۡ اَكُنۡۢ بِدُعَآٮِٕكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّا
وَاِنِّىۡ خِفۡتُ الۡمَوَالِىَ مِنۡ وَّرَآءِىۡ وَكَانَتِ امۡرَاَتِىۡ عَاقِرًا فَهَبۡ لِىۡ مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ وَلِيًّا ۙ
And behold, I fear for my relatives after my death, when my wife is barren, grant me a child from Your side,
Her kissable lips moved in unison with her beautiful voice. At first he-Keevanzar hesitated to recite the first 10 verses of Maryam's letter as a reading leader. He has not read the Qur'an for a long time with the rhythm that was once memorized beyond reason. But, for the sake of the wishes of his future nephew, Anzar would do it willingly and sincerely.
يَّرِثُنِىۡ وَيَرِثُ مِنۡ اٰلِ يَعۡقُوۡبَ ۖ وَاجۡعَلۡهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّا
who shall inherit me and inherit from the house of Jacob; and make him, O my Lord, a man of diridhai.”
يٰزَكَرِيَّاۤ اِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلٰمِ اۨسۡمُهٗ يَحۡيٰى ۙ لَمۡ نَجۡعَلْ لَّهٗ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ سَمِيًّا
(God says), “Wahai Zakaria! We give glad tidings to you with a boy named Yahya, whom We have never given such a name before.”
قَالَ رَبِّ اَنّٰى يَكُوۡنُ لِىۡ غُلٰمٌ وَّكَانَتِ امۡرَاَتِىۡ عَاقِرًا وَّقَدۡ بَلَـغۡتُ مِنَ الۡـكِبَرِ عِتِيًّا
He (Zakaria) said, “Yes my Lord, how will I have children, but my wife is a barren and I (himself) have actually reached a very old age?”
قَالَ كَذٰلِكَۚ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَىَّ هَيِّنٌ وَّقَدۡ خَلَقۡتُكَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَلَمۡ تَكُ شَيۡـًٔـا
(God) says, “Thus.” Your Lord said, “It was easy for Me; indeed, you have I created before that, whereas (at that time) you have not come into being at all.”
قَالَ رَبِّ اجۡعَلْ لِّىۡۤ اٰيَةً ؕ قَالَ اٰيَتُكَ اَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ ثَلٰثَ لَيَالٍ سَوِيًّا
He (Zakaria) said, “Yes my Lord, give me a sign.” (God) said, “Your servant is that you cannot converse with man for three nights, when you are well.”

سم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الٓرٰ ۚ تِلۡكَ اٰيٰتُ الۡكِتٰبِ الۡمُبِيۡن
Alif Lam Ra's. These are the clear verses of the Book (Qur'an).

اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ قُرۡءٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ
Verily, We have sent it down as the Qur'an in Arabic, that you may understand.
نَحۡنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيۡكَ اَحۡسَنَ الۡقَصَصِ بِمَاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ هٰذَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَ ۖ وَاِنۡ كُنۡتَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهٖ لَمِنَ الۡغٰفِلِيۡنَ
We tell you (Muhammad) the best story by revealing this Qur'an to you, and indeed you were before that one who did not know.
اِذۡ قَالَ يُوۡسُفُ لِاَبِيۡهِ يٰۤاَبَتِ اِنِّىۡ رَاَيۡتُ اَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوۡكَبًا وَّالشَّمۡسَ وَالۡقَمَرَ رَاَيۡتُهُمۡ لِىۡ سٰجِدِيۡنَ
(Remember), when Joseph said to his father, “Oh my father! Truly, I (dreamed) saw eleven stars, sun and moon; I saw all bowed down to me.”
قَالَ يٰبُنَىَّ لَا تَقۡصُصۡ رُءۡيَاكَ عَلٰٓى اِخۡوَتِكَ فَيَكِيۡدُوۡا لَـكَ كَيۡدًا ؕ اِنَّ الشَّيۡطٰنَ لِلۡاِنۡسَانِ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِيۡنٌ
He (his father) said, “Oh my son! Do not tell your dreams to your brothers, they will deceive (to destroy) you. Truly, the devil is a clear enemy to man.”
وَكَذٰلِكَ يَجۡتَبِيۡكَ رَبُّكَ وَيُعَلِّمُكَ مِنۡ تَاۡوِيۡلِ الۡاَحَادِيۡثِ وَيُتِمُّ نِعۡمَتَهٗ عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلٰٓى اٰلِ يَعۡقُوۡبَ كَمَاۤ اَتَمَّهَا عَلٰٓى اَبَوَيۡكَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ ؕ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ عَلِيۡمٌ حَكِيۡمٌ
After opening the first few verses, the rest of the congregation began flocking to the second letter read today.
