The Moment in Rooftop (end)

Iris was made dumbfounded by the rooftop look that was before her at the moment.

It was completely beyond Iris' expectations to the point that the woman could not keep her mouth shut.

Iris's feet slowly walked deeper following the rows of candles that accompanied each edge of her steps.

Iris continued to be led to the brightest spot in the corner of the rooftopp, focusing on the view in front of her. Iris did not realize that her parents had secretly left her alone there.

"Would You Be Mine Forever?"

A large inscription strung together from the rows of white lilies welcomed Iris's arrival at the corner of the rooftop. The presence of tumbler lamp ornaments on the edges also adds to the admiration of Iris on the decoration.

Not finished Iris' admiration for the decorations in front of her, now another surprise appears.

A few meters from the front of Iris immediately appeared hundreds of fireworks that exploded which further added to the beautiful atmosphere and the view from the top of the rooftop.

The fireworks continued until the last explosion of a giant kite suddenly appeared from below and swung exactly two meters from Iris's sight.

Iris sharpened her eyes as she looked at the words "Iris Would You Be Mine Forever?" it was written on the white kite that was flying before him.

"Iris Maharani Bagaskara." Suddenly a heavy voice greeted quickly behind the nape of Iris.

Iris's body froze as she felt two hands suddenly encircle her stomach.

"D..Damar?" Iris murmured softly after confirming that her hearing was not wrong.

Iris' head slowly turned towards the side.

Sure enough, Damar is now hugging while looking at himself from the side with a completely fixed gaze.

"Do you like the surprise?" Damar asked again this time followed by a flipping motion of Iris' body to face towards her completely.

"K..surprise?" .

"A.what do you mean?"

"A..what is all this..?"

Nodding Damar's head made all of Iris's questions silenced instantly..

That's enough. Now Iris understood.

"So you're saying there's no wedding or anything?"

Damar nodded again, this time the embrace on Iris's waist tightened.

Damar even stuck his forehead with Iris's forehead so that the two could feel the exhale from each other's noses.

"You're right, baby, no party invitations, no wedding party. All of this is a surprise that has been designed in advance by me and your parents."

Damar's breath and the freshness of the mint aroma grew more pronounced as the man spoke right in front of Iris's face.

Iris lowered her head to hide the red hue that suddenly appeared on both of her cheeks.

"J.so? K..the incident in Sofia Syafir at that time was also part of the surprise scenario?"

Damar again nodded.

"No affair with Miss Olivia?"

This time Damar shook his head while keeping his face away from Iris's face and then stared fixedly at Iris's eyes.

Iris cheeks were getting hotter and got sweet words that were covered in a smile from the handsome man before her.

Iris did not continue her sentence when she realized that her speech just now was too frontal and could even wake up the wild side of Damar.

"Why not continue?" Ask Damat while rubbing Iris' chin to tease the woman.

Iris turned her face to the side making Damar instead laugh at her.

Damar's outstretched hand pinched softly on Iris's nose making the woman's complaining reflex.

"Promise not to do it again?" Asked Damar who got a shy nod from Iris.

Damar smiled slightly as he brought his lips closer to Iris' forehead.

"Goup." A brief kiss managed to make Iris' blood thump.

Not until there, Iris again made wide-eyed when Damar suddenly crouched down then took out a box in front of Iris and opened it.

Plastered a pair of wedding rings from inside there make Iris can not hide her happiness.

"You proposed to me?" Iris asked as she lifted the chin of Damar who was bowing his head.

Damar slowly lifted his head along with a soft elution in his jaw.

Iris raised both of her eyebrows asking for an answer from the question just now.

Damar slowly shook his head. "Maybe it's not exactly a proposal. I just want to reaffirm our relationship, get you to move on. I realize, yesterday I didn't propose to you officially."

"Our relationship began with compulsion and after everything we've been through I'd like to invite you to start over."

"Give me the happiness I should have given you from the beginning, make you a real wife without any element of coercion from anyone."

"So, Iris Maharani, will you start with me?"

Iris nodded as she extended her hand in front of Damar.

Damar smiled as he grabbed Iris' hand and removed the ring that had previously been attached to her ring finger.

"Rings are not from me, I'm jealous. I don't want you to wear this ring because of Ardo's ring. I replaced it with a ring I bought with my labor, though not as luxurious and expensive as the Ardo purchasing ring. I hope you'll wear it and not let go of it at any time."

Iris nodded again without saying anything.

Damar then put a new ring into Iris's hand. When finished he then gave the same box to Iris.

After finishing pairing the ring to Damar's fingers, Iris is now on her tiptoes and peeping Damar's lips make a smile on the man's lips.

"Thank Damar. I'm willing to accept me as I am despite the many flaws and the many mistakes I've made before."

"I love you."

Iris tightly hugged Damar's body which was responded by Damar with a hug no less tight.

The sound of the rooftop door opening made his second hug come off.

It was seen that Madame Bagas and Mr. Bagas went inside followed by Rima and one foreign man who they suspected was Rima's fiancee.

Iris immediately ran towards her parents and hugged them tightly.

"Thank you ma, thank you pa. Sudsh helped Damar prepare all this, Iris was really happy with all the surprises Iris received tonight."

Madam Bagas nodded. "Sama-sama son, but in addition to mama, papapa and Damar, you should thank one more person. Because he's the one who's the most responsible for all the surprises you've received tonight."

Madam Bagas' words made Iris immediately let go of her embrace.

Iris's feeling was bad.

In his heart he had already guessed who his mother meant.

Iris shook her head. "No, you're the representative."

"Where can it be, you're wrong. You have to take responsibility, baby, you're already jealous of her blindly." Damar increasingly aggressively teasing Iris makes Iris more embarrassed.

"Damar.., I don't want to!!"

The woman whines like a child while occasionally throwing cynical glances at Olivia who only scowls whenever she gets a cynical glance from Iris.

Seeing Iris' childish behavior, Damar inevitably took action by holding Iris and lowering her right in front of Oliv.

"Let's apologize." Tell Damar like a child.

Iris extended her hand with ogah-ogahan.

With the fad Damar pulled both hands Iris made Iris forced to cuddle with Oliv..

Damar patted Iris' head gently.

"Who got along baby, after this accompany me to propose Miss Oliv to be my second wife."

After saying that Damar immediately ran away from Iris who now seemed to be chasing after him with emotion.

"By your guard!! Tonight I'll cut off your precious assets!!"

Iris shouted as she took off her shoes to throw Damar who was still running away from her.

"Miss, I'm kidding. I don't want to marry again, I just love you."

"Love Miss Iris Maharani Bagaskara. The future mother of my children."

The sound of Damar reverberating echoes that bounce around the corner of the rooftop.

"I LOVE YOU!!"

Shouted Damar as one capitan landed in his embrace.

Iris the culprit, the woman is trying to pinch Damar after having to chase and catch Damar.

"Will you find another wife?" Asked Iris while moving her claws.

"No." Damar replied while enduring the pain in his stomach.

"Promise?"

"I promise."

After saying that, Damar immediately pulled the nape of Iris and pressed his lips together making Iris pinch apart instantly.

The action of the two invited cheers from some people who witnessed the behavior of the two.

"I love you more." Whisper Iris while dropping her head into Damar's chest, hiding her shy look from those who witnessed their behavior.

Damar tightened his embrace. "Thank you young lady, today we will start everything from the beginning and end it all when death separates us later. Thank you, too, for accepting me and for being with a simple man like me."

"I love you too. Love you so much, now and forever."
