Sarah looked at Vina furiously because it had made her unable to refuse Rudi's offer, but Vina pretended not to see Sarah's angry reaction. Inwardly, Vina cheered happily because she managed to make Sarah and Rudi's relationship close.

"But Vin, I have to go to your apartment first to take my dirty clothes with Bio." Sarah is still trying to find an excuse. His eyes glared at Vina, as if to code for Vina to help her avoid Rudi.

"It's okay, Sar. My dirty clothes are laundry. Take it easy, just accept clean and fragrant."

Instead of helping Sarah, Vina makes Sarah even more unable to avoid Rudi

Finally Sarah was forced to accept Rudi's offer to take her home. Of course it became a happy thing for Rudi because then he could find out where Sarah lived.

Rudi saw his way to get Sarah more and more wide open. It was undeniable that it was all thanks to Vina's help.

"So you guys live here? There are also friends whose homes are around here. I'll introduce you to him sometime. Not far from his house."

Sarah did not respond to Rudi's words She stuck out her hand to take Fabio who was asleep in Rudi's sling.

"Let me take it inside." Rudi offers his help to bring Fabio into Sarah's small rented house.

After putting Fabio on Sarah's small bed, Rudi came out of the room.

"Sar, if you need anything, just tell me. Who knows, I could help. Yea?"

Sarah nodded.

"Thank you,* said Sarah slowly.

"Yes already. It's almost maghrib, brother came home first. Next time you stop by again." Rudi said goodbye to Sarah.

The more days Rudi and Sarah's relationship is getting closer. Fabio's presence in their midst enlivened their every meeting. And as Sarah requested, they did not meet at the office and during office hours.

Rudi spent many weekends with Sarah and Fabio. They look like a happy little family. The once lonely nights of Rudi are now filled with video calls and chat with Sarah and Fabio.

Even so Sarah still has not opened her heart completely to Rudi. The trauma of the past still seemed to be deeply imprinted in his heart.

Rudi is very understanding of the trauma that always haunts Sarah. Therefore he kept trying to show his sincerity to take their relationship in a more serious direction.

It is undeniable that his feelings for Sarah are very different from his feelings for his former lover. Sarah is like a magnet that pulls her to always make her want to be close together. With Sarah and Fabio his life feels complete and colorful.

That Saturday, Rudi took Sarah and Fabio to the beach. Fabio is very happy, he runs here and there, plays sand beach and also plays ball with Rudi.

While Sarah held a mat on the beach while staring at the pounding sea waves. Tired, Rudi and Fabio rest beside Sarah. After drinking and eating some of their snacks, Fabio fell asleep in Sarah's lap.

"Sar, I think we know each other very well. In this case I don't want to mess around. Sarah wants to be brother's wife?" Rudi ventured to express his hope.

But not the happy reaction that Rudi saw on Sarah's face. Sarah showed her surprise that she could not hide.

"My circumstances are different, I'm not a single woman who can easily make her choice. I have Fabio I have to consider his feelings as well."

"I understand, Sar. I've thought about that too. But you need to know, Sar, I've loved Fabio since the first time we met. Bio made me realize that I am no longer young. Her babbling makes me feel like a parent."

"Thank you for loving my son. But for now I can't promise you anything."

"Until any time I'll think of Bio like my own son. I won't force you to accept my proposal either. But I will wait until you are ready to start everything with me" Rudi said steadily.

"I'm sorry, yes," said Sarah.

"It's okay. I understand it" answered Rudi.

Some time they were silent, only the waves and the boisterous sound of people enjoying the beach as they were.

It was already dusk when they left the beach. Fabio had already woken up from his sleep for only a few moments. The moist air of the beach makes you unable to sleep well.

"Papa, let's go home. Bio sultry, want to take a shower!" fabio told Rudi.

"Oh yeah? Papa's son's angry, huh? Then let's go home. But let mama finish cleaning your body with wet wipes and change your clothes, huh? Let's not smell acem!"

After fixing their luggage, the three walked down the beach to where Rudi parked his car.

They finally got to the parking lot and drove home.
