Chapter 3. When the Go-Get

"Let's hurry Ta, we have to get away from this place before the sound of the Adhan stops!" Aldi pulled Tata's hand to run fast.

They both ran while holding hands because they did not want to separate from each other.

"Come fast Ta!" aldi shouted as Tata's handrails were released and the girl paused for a moment as her breath was already running around constantly. Moreover, Tata neck pain due to checked by kuntilanak earlier. Plus they've been stuck in the morning in an area that they themselves don't know where.

Are they in the same village or have they entered another?

"I'm tired of Al, a short break is okay, right?" Tata asked with a voice that was starting to weaken.

"I was afraid that the ghosts had come out again because the sound of the Adhan had stopped" Aldi said as he spread his gaze in all directions.

The night has come, the day is getting dark. We heard the howling of wolves from far away. Crickets also began to conspire to make grumpy sounds from rats who want to run or hide.

"May it not rain" Aldi said expectantly. In these circumstances he can still be grateful since the morning did not rain even though last night before they decided to enter this village in their house heavy rain.

"Ah, I'm not strong," ringis Tata. One hand held his neck in pain and the other hand pressed his head which suddenly throbbed.

"Hold on, I'm sure we'll be safe" Aldi said. However, Tata was no longer able to hold her body weight. He turned to the side and closed his eyes.

"Ta you why Ta? ask Aldi to panic.

"Ta, wake up Ta!" Aldi shook Tata's body to wake up, but to no avail. Tata still did not react and closed his eyes.

Aldi then checked Tata's pulse. The pulse has stopped. Aldi cried to realize his friend was gone. Tata's gone forever.

"The word!" aldi shouted until his voice echoed in all directions.

Aldi remembered Tata's words earlier when they were above the delman.

"I'm afraid Al. I'm afraid we'll leave each other, ' said the crow's voice indicating someone is going to die."

"Wake Ta! You realize you can't die!" Aldi does not accept this situation.

"Wake up Ta, get up!" Aldi still shook Tata's body. He still doesn't believe Tata will leave him.

"Wake up, don't leave me alone! I can't walk alone. I'm too scared to go through all this alone. Be aware and promise us we will fight together to get out of this cursed place. Wake up Ta, don't leave me. Hiks .. hiks .. hiks." Aldi's cry sounded heartbreaking and heartbreaking.

Suddenly drizzle down from the sky as if to mourn the departure of Tata. Aldi

take the holster out of the bag and find a proper shelter. When he found a tree so lush with leaves, Aldi slapped his holster under the tree.

When finished he took out the sarong again and tied it to the tree branch using the hanging root of the banyan as a rope.

Aldi walked towards Tata and directly carried the body of his friend who had been stretched stiff. Aldi put Tata's body on the sarong and himself sat beside Tata while foot-sliding.

Aldi looked ahead with a blank look. "Ta, what should I tell your parents? Don't you feel how hard it is to be me? This is how I can take you with me. I don't know how to take care of your body alone in a place like this."

Aldi seemed to be breathing out a rough breath. His mind was riled and muddled. There was no way he would leave Tata's body in this place since it could be a savage beast's meal. However, it was impossible to also bring Tata's body along with him given that he did not know the way home.

A flash of light accompanied by the sound of thunder boomed. Not long after a heavy rain fell on the earth. The holster that became the roof where the wet seat was so that it seeped down. Aldi's head was hit by rainwater.

However, the man did not care, he could not leave Tata's body just to find another shade. Where else would he get shade in a place like that. There is only a tree like a shelter now.

Both Aldi and Tata clothes are drenched in rainwater. Aldi's tears that are still flowing have been mixed with raindrops.

"Oh my God what should I do?"

Now Aldi's head felt throbbing and like pressing. Aldi touched his head and then slowly incised.

Limbung, Aldi's body can no longer stand up straight. He also fainted next to Tata's calm body.

"Where am I?" Aldi looked confused as if he was somewhere else. If from earlier his body was in a scary part of the world, but not this time he was in a garden decorated with flowers that bloom. Beautiful winged butterflies can be seen flying to and fro.

"If only there was a Tata here. That girl must be so happy." Aldi knows Tata likes flowers.

The look of the face that had looked bright now turned dim when Aldi remembered he would never meet again with Tata.

Slowly Aldi sat on a rectangular garden-shaped table made of marble decorated with glass on it so that it was as if Aldi was sitting on a glass.

"This place looks beautiful, but it's lonely. What good is beautiful if not many who enjoy," muttered Aldi remembering in that place did not find anyone there.

Aldi gave a glance. The man frowned when he saw a woman in white clothes waving at him. Aldi frowned and unconsciously followed the direction of the woman.

Not near their distance the woman turned around and smiled. "I know you're thinking something" said the woman, and Aldi nodded.

"What's your request?" asked the woman with a smile that was as bright as the flowers around her.

"I just want both of us to be safe and return to our home" Aldi said with a flat gaze.

The woman plucked a white flower resembling jasmine, but it was gigantic in size and its long twigs resembled rope.

"You take this. If you manage to control this flower then your best friend will wake up again and you will be free from that creepy place." The woman seemed to hold the flower out in front of Aldi.

"Aren't you lying?" aldi asked a little doubt.

"No, he will guide your journey. It may not be easy and you will not be able to go home quickly. However, I guarantee that one day you will be able to come back" explained the woman.

"Thank you" said Aldi smiling expectantly.
