Chapter 98 Fear Pak Karto

The news of Marsel's death makes Arthur more anxious, he is more protective of Mala, whenever Mala gets a ration from Arthur Hospital will try it first, his fear of losing Mala becomes more and more so.

A week Mala has been treated at the Hospital, as long as Mala's condition improves, in two days Mala may be allowed to go home.

Pak Karto's condition is getting better, Pak Karto was treated by three nurses who were hired by Rafli and kept watch alternately, every day Doctor Sheila also visited Mr. Karto to ensure the mental condition of the old man.

"Do you want to go out and take a walk outside?"

Mr. Karto turned his head, he looked at Doctor Sheila, his face looked sad.

"I miss my son."

Doctor Sheila was glued in place because Mr. Karto showed his sane side, Doctor Sheila was silent for a moment, he thought about what Rafli said to extract information from Mr. Karto.

"Grandfather has children?"

Mr. Karto nodded slowly.

"Did you remember what his name was?"

"Aryo's." Answer with teary eyes.

"Grandfather remember where my grandfather's son lived, can I take him there?"

"At the Hospital, did something happen?" Rafli's voice sounded anxious.

"Can you go to the apartment right now, there's something I want to discuss with you, only with you." Doctor Sheila emphasized her last sentence.

Rafli takes Lala to his house before going to Arthur's apartment. Throughout the trip Rafli thought about what Doctor Sheila said, actually what the Doctor wanted to convey.

"When are you going home?" Lala asked after a long time of silence.

Rafli looked over, then he refocused forward. "After Mala left the hospital, have you talked about this to your parents?"

Lala nodded. "I told you, mom, tomorrow I plan to tell you."

"Thank you." Rafli said as he stroked Lala's hair with his left hand.

An hour later Rafli arrives at Arthur's apartment, he immediately approaches Doctor Sheila and sits next to her. "What's up Doc, why do you look so anxious?"

Doctor Sheila looked at Rafli with a serious face. "It's just my guess Raf, hopefully what's on my mind right now isn't right.

Rafli began to put on a serious face, he grew increasingly curious as to what Doctor Sheila would tell him.

"You remember what Petra said a while ago about the deliberate fire and the perpetrator of someone we never thought we'd be?" Doctor Sheila and Rafli asked him just a small nod.

"This past week I've been talking to Mr. Karto, and every time I say Arthur's name he starts freaking out, he starts messing around with little monsters and fires."

"Petra said he was there and saw everything, meaning Arthur's personality was split before the fire broke out, could it be that the little monster that Mr. Karto was referring to was Arthur and he who deliberately set fire to the place was Raf?"

Doctor Sheila mustered up her courage to convey what came to her head, if Arthur's personality was created before the fire, eating would not be impossible if Arthur burned it, it may have been another Arthur personality who was in control of his body.

"Or maybe Petra did it, she said she was there when the fire broke out?" Rafli responded to Doctor Sheila's opinion, because so far only Petralah has been careless. Seeing Petra slash Marsel's face mercilessly makes Rafli convinced that Petra has no conscience.
