The Unexpected Surprise

"Nuna Priscilla?" The woman asked once again to make sure that the one in front of her right now was really Nuna, her friend when she was in school.

Nuna still could not believe the woman standing in front of her.

"Aline?" Nuna asked back.

Alina just nodded. The two women embraced and let go of each other's longing because they had not seen each other for years.

"So this is your engagement party? Oh my God I didn't think we'd see each other again now" Alina seemed so happy.

He was happy to meet his old friend.

"You? You're Daffi's friend?" Nuna is still confused as to what Alina and Daffi are related to.

Because Nuna knows this party is only for friends and family.

"Alina my fiancee." Doni immediately answered Nuna's confusion.

"Hi, I'm Doni, Daffi's cousin" Doni introduces herself to Nuna.

Alina could barely tell the difference.

"Have you met Daffa?" Ask Daffi to Doni.

"Yes, he's on the balcony now. Looks like she's a little depressed tonight for coming to her twin brother's engagement party in a single state" Doni laughed out loud.

Daffi immediately stabbed his cousin's head.

"Don, can I talk to Nuna?" Alina asked permission.

The two men nearby seemed to be busy discussing other things as well. And Alina felt uninterested in the topic of the men's conversation.

Nuna and Alina walk to one of the empty tables in the corner.

The twin sisters did have the exact same face. But the eyes of both are different. Brown-eyed Daffa and black-eyed Daffi.

There was a bit of happiness in his heart but more sadness in the other corner of his heart.

"Yes Lin, thank you for coming tonight" replied Nuna

"I'll arrange our next meeting. Dena would be happy if she knew this happy news" continued Alin twinkle.

Nuna forced a smile even though her heart was uncertain right now.

"I go first" Alina passed by leaving Nuna and the two men with similar faces.

Now there is only silence between the three.

Nuna squeezed the crusts of both her hands trying to eliminate the nervousness in her heart

'Oh my God, what have I done? Did I hurt Daffa? Why is he just silent?' Nuna could only ask inwardly. I don't know who will answer and answer.

'Why does Nuna look so big? What does he really feel?" Daffa muttered in his heart.

Daffi just nodded and immediately grabbed Nuna by the arm, inviting Nuna back to the middle of the party leaving Daffa and Diandra's sister.

After making sure that Daffi and Nuna were no longer near them, then Brother Diandra began to speak.

"Daff, are you okay?" Ask Diandra worried.

To be honest, Diandra was surprised when she saw Daffa in the middle of the invited guests.

"Daffa is fine, brother" said Daffa, taking a deep breath.

The presence of Nuna in front of her eyes made her suddenly become short of breath and unable to breathe properly.

"Son, I told you you don't have to force me to come. Then why is it like this?" Ask Diandra confused.

"Daffi who I meant to make came, brother, yesterday he came directly to my apartment. I just don't want Daffi to be disappointed" Daffa said softly.

A look of sadness was now on his face.

Diandra took a deep breath.

Such is Daffi, always ask Daffa for something by forcing or threatening.

Daffa also loved his twin brother so much that Daffa always did whatever Daffa did even sacrifice for Daffi.

Diandra hugged his younger brother, trying to channel his spirit and strength.
