"I had stage 2 brain cancer at the time. Previously the holiday abroad was just a lie, I did go abroad but not for vacation but for treatment." Said Jihan softly, her glassy eyes staring at Kelvan who was sculpting.

"When the engagement, my condition dropped, my parents panicked and immediately took me to Singapore for treatment. They did not remember that the day was the engagement of her son, all they had in mind was my circumstances. Ii'm sorry.. Forgive my parents for being more concerned with my circumstances than our engagement."
