My Stepfather

My Stepfather
Finally

David parked his car, and immediately got out in his very elegant style, making every eye turn at him and giggle in amazement at David's above-flat good looks. Especially women, they whisper to each other no matter what it is, only God knows, nor will we ever know if they do not tell us what they are talking about, but for sure it had something to do with David.

David continued walking down the hospital corridor with slow steps, his eyes looking straight ahead. The eyes of the woman who looked at him were made to melt even more fascinated by David's perfect good looks

"God may we be able to work together to build a harmonious household safe healthy and prosperous, Robb, may you hear my prayer, Robb, amiin " said one woman while covering both hands looking up and looking expectantly at David.

"Huuss don't dream of lo Sin, woi consciously !! you look too ugly to be with a guy as handsome as him" said the friend next to him while clicking his head in annoyance. While the woman scowled annoyed, rubbing her former friend.

"Other handsome, handsome brother marry me dong bang!" said an Abg in a school uniform with a flirtatious tone

"want dong to be a wife, the second is also not what I want" said the other girl

But David remained indifferent and cold. He quickened his pace before the woman chased after him like an artist who was chased after by journalists just for the sake of an unimportant news.

Today he came to the hospital again to meet the Goddess who was still lying in a coma. For a month he went back and forth to the hospital just to monitor every development of the Goddess. He smiled in a knot and accelerated his pace to immediately stare at the face of the Goddess. I don't know why he was so happy to look at the face of the Goddess.

"David..!" attack the women

David turned to the source of the voice, and it turned out to be the voice of doctor Alia.

"You want the Goddess!?" ask the doctor Alia is friendly and of course with a smile is a doctor, Pepsodent Smile.

Eh doctor Alia yes, so out of campus and drop by here to see the development of the Goddess" replied David with a smile no less wide.

"Let's come to my room!" said Dewi as she stepped into her study followed by David who tailed behind her.

"please sit!" doctor orders Alia with a Pepsodent smile.

"This doctor why is a big smile from earlier, I'm so horrified to see it, or don't he's crazy, too bad if it's really crazy, can the patient follow crazy later". david said in his heart while looking at the doctor Alia who was still smiling broadly at him. David shook his head not understanding.

"so how's the doc if there's any progress?"

ask David in a serious tone

Doctor Alia again smiled widely and it made David massage his forehead which suddenly became sick to see the smile of doctor Alia who he thought was overdosed and annoying.

Doctor Alia took out a map and opened it, she slowly read the magic inscription in the map seriously. David tried to glance at the map that was being read by doctor Alia. But he did not find a letter that was written neatly except the writing in the form of a roll like a wire.

"Dewi's condition has now improved from day to day, only for now he still has to remain in medical care said Dew seriusi without a smile Pepsodentnya again.

"When is it possible that he's aware of Doc?" asked David enthusiastically.

"It's possible that today the goddess is conscious, but remember she has lost her brain memory by seventy-five percent, so I hope you can help her as long as she goes through her healing period to the end!!."

"Okay doc!" david replied gladly that the Goddess would soon be sober. It had been this month that he could only stare at the Goddess who was just lying weakly with her eyes closed.

"Let me take you to see the goddess, she has been moved to the Flamboyant room" said doctor Alia standing up and stepping towards the Flamboyant room where the Goddess was still lying weak.

David goes to follow doctor Alia to the place where the Goddess is. Right in front of the room with a Flamboyant sign hanging above the entrance, doctor Alia pushed the glass door of the room and went inside.

Inside the room Flamboyan apparently there is still a hallway room with more than a count of fingers. David thought that there was only one room and one bed with one patient of course. But it turns out the assumption is wrong, there are so many lined-up humans that there is not only one patient but a lot, with various types of brands and looks of course. Doctor Alia continued to step up while David tailed behind her.

Sometimes David gaped open his mouth wide, sometimes he also closed his eyes with both palms. How not he passed through patient patients who lay with various conditions. Starting from a man with no hands and no legs to a man with no head. David continued to massage his chest and say Istighfar along the way.

Until finally doctor Alia stopped and entered the room Flamboyan number 201. David immediately approached the goddess, while doctor Alia stood behind him with a Pepsodent smile.

David looked at the Goddess who was still lying weakly. He grabbed the Goddess's flickering fingers and grasped them tightly. His sturdy and stocky hands caressed the face of the Goddess who looked still wrapped in white bandages.

The sound of a weak moan made David who was busy thinking about the madness of the doctor Alia turned to be surprised towards the Goddess. David immediately clasped tightly onto the goddess's fingers.

Slowly but surely the Goddess opened her eyes little by little. The glare of the light of the lamp made it back closed. He took a weak breath and opened his eyes slowly. He looked at David questioningly and then he turned his gaze to the entire white room.

"Goddess are you conscious?" david smiled happily.

The goddess frowned ."Where'sme? and who are you?" ask the Goddess in a hoarse tone.

David smiled and grabbed the hand of the Goddess who had been pulled by the owner. He gently stroked the back of the Goddess' hand, while the Goddess seemed to want to pull her hand back, yet David was getting tighter and tighter grasping her hand.

"calm I'm your helper don't be afraid, I'm not a kidnapper or a criminal" David said gently

The goddess looked into David's eyeballs looking for honesty from there to find out if it was true from David's mouth. David who understood what was in the mind of the Goddess immediately tightened his grip to try to give warmth.

"Who are you and why am I here, what has happened to me?" ask the Goddess full of search.

David scratched his nape and grimaced to look at the Goddess who was still looking at him with a suspicious look as if he was a driven thief caught by the owner of the goods he had stolen.

"who are you and why am I here, what has happened to me?" the Goddess repeated the same question a second time.

David is increasingly confused as to how to answer the question of the Goddess who he himself is afraid to answer the question that he thinks is deadly. If only he answered wrongly then everything would be fatal and he did not want it to happen because it could make himself dragged into the problem of the Goddess who he himself did not know how the Goddess life before the tragedy of the night that's.

David breathed a frenzied breath, his mind was dead-end, he never found the right answer. The goddess looked upset waiting for her answer.

I'm your fiancee and soon we're getting married, and why you're here, that's when we were about to exchange engagement rings and you fell unconscious" David said in a depressed tone, how not should he lie just to help the Goddess restore her memory as before.

"Really, but why don't I remember one bit?" dewi asked disappointedly, she had tried to remember what had happened to her, but she had also found no clues except for the black empty shadow that kept dancing in her memory.

David smiled wryly at the words

Goddess, he rubbed his face violently.

"maybe you're too tired, so you don't remember what happened to you that night" David said.

David really gave up and resigned, now he must be ready mentally and physically to face the shocking things in his life for the next few years until the memory of the Goddess returns.

"You'll get well soon after this we'll take care of our wedding!" said David softly while stroking the messy Goddess' hair. His belief is already unanimous he will soon hold his wedding with the Goddess.

David's eyes looked back at the sad-looking face of the Goddess, David grabbed that face and buried it into his chest. The goddess did not refuse and instead further buried her head into the chest of the field. The goddess hoped that it was not a dream that would only hurt her one day.

The goddess smiled knotfully hugging David's body tightly. While David returned the embrace of the Goddess was not less tight.

Doctor Alia who had eavesdropped on the conversation from behind the curtain seemed to be smiling happily. Finally David wanted to help the Goddess, even though he knew David seemed to object, but at least he was quite happy. He hoped that David would not only help him but also make the Goddess a part of his life until old age.

"My task is done now I have to get out of here because there are still many other patients who need my help" whispered doctor Alia as she stepped into the room next to her, to deal with a little girl who is also a victim of the same accident as Dewi, only this one patient is worse. The doctor stared at the flash of room number 201, the two creatures still hugging each other. The brow doctor returned his smile and then left the place.

The sound of the clock ticking walls and walls of the room with all-white shades that become a silent witness of a history of the life of a small human journey filled with drama and the twists and turns of life that is not it can be guessed by anyone but the director of life.
