My Role with Young Master

My Role with Young Master
Just chatting

As the young master and Luis were talking about the important matter both in privacy, then I would freely look around this office while wishing to work back here. But that won't be possible, I'm definitely not allowed by my husband.

I walked to the corridor downstairs to the front of the lobby, the place I remember most when I first came to this office upon the call of the late Lord Halim. Memories I will never forget since then. And now I'm the wife of this big office owner.

I turned around and stepped towards the elevator about to enter it, suddenly I was surprised by the figure of a man I knew so well. That man is Niko's brother. Suddenly I was silent and confused about having to enter the elevator or retreat backwards to avoid it.

"Come in, the door will be closed!" said sister Niko reminded and awakened me from my silence.

"Ah, i-yahoo!" I replied nervously and immediately entered the elevator without thinking back.

The elevator door was closed. We were just the two of us in the elevator, silent with awkwardness. Glancing was unable to.

"Ekhem," Niko's sister neutralized the atmosphere of awkwardness.

"You're going to Aras' young master's room?" ask Niko to be brave.

"Emm .. Yes, uh no. There Luis was talking about something important with the young master, so I gave privacy to both of them" I replied a little confused.

"Oh so, it means I have to go down again," said sister Niko whose goal is to go to the young master's room.

"Is there anything important?" aska I want to know.

"Yes, it's just a matter of work."

The elevator opened, but I remained silent. Though I didn't want to go to my husband's room, I still wanted to go around the office, but when Niko's sister asked, I didn't seem to know what I was going to answer, until I unconsciously followed her.

"The door's open, you know!" again, Niko's sister made me realize because of my silence.

Sister Niko reminded me to get out of the elevator or still stay in the elevator to go somewhere else.

"Ah, yes ..emm I'll come with you."

"meaning?" ask brother Niko.

"Emm... Can we have a quick chat in the cafeteria?" I asked him to come back out of my mouth.

Sister Niko was silent for a moment, she thought that if the two were in the cafeteria then there would be many people who saw her let alone all the employees in the office already knew the relationship between the two of us in the past, not to mention if the young master knew it would definitely be angry, thought Brother Niko.

"But, later the young master will..," said Brother Niko who immediately I cut his words.

"Calm down, young master won't be angry" I assured him.

Brother Niko finally nodded in agreement even though his heart was still worried. We ordered a drink at the cafeteria just to have a quick chat.

"What's up in Istanbul?" ask me to start the conversation.

"Emm .. good. You alone?" ask Niko back.

"Yes, this is how .. I'm good too."

"I'm happy now that you're happy with young master Aras. The late Mr. Halim must be happy there to see you happy with his son," said brother Niko smiling as he sipped his drink.

"I hope you can make the young master forget his past. You should always be by his side and not let him down. Give him attention and affection" said Niko firmly while giving a message to me.

I smiled at the words of Niko's sister. His nature of always caring for others sometimes makes me touched. That's one of the things I admire.

"Just calm down, I will try to be a good wife to young master Aras, Brother!" I said confidently without hesitation, while Niko's brother smiled bitterly.

"Emm .. we're here long enough, go to the young master's room, he'll look for you!" sister Niko looked at the watch in her hand with a sense of caution.

Sister Niko looks unsettled while in the cafeteria with me, she looks uncomfortable with office employees who seem to talk about her with me.

"It seems like their conversation is not over yet. When you're done, young master call me. I don't want to talk to you anymore, do I?" I'm a little disappointed.

"Not that, Nay. I just don't want young master to think of anything. I don't want to be moved to Istanbul again because of this problem."

"What do you mean, brother?" many confused.

"Young master thinks if we both still have a relationship, he's jealous, so he moved me to Istanbul" Niko explained.

"There was no work, instead I sat there a lot. Just watching the workers. That sucks, Nay. I just ate a blind paycheck," Niko said with a regretful expression.

I'm not sorry for Niko's sister, but I laugh to see Niko's behavior with her face bent sour.

"Maha."

"Why are you laughing? Is there anything funny?" ask brother Niko grunt annoyed.

"No, instead of doing a little good work but making a big salary, then why don't you like it?" I said this time with a small smile.

"Indeed nice, but the people working there at the protest and talking about the sister with bad accusations. That's why I went back to Indonesia," said Niko.

"What about young master?"

"Obviously, he still told me to go to Istanbul, but I refused. I threatened him with a letter of resignation until he finally relented and still holds me here" said Niko proudly as he was confident that the young master would not dare to fire him.

"Oh yes, dare also Brother threaten the cruel young master," I said as if in disbelief.

"Hey, he's your husband, Nay!"

"Hehe, I wonder why such childishness is still jealousy."

"Come," Niko's sister poked on her shoulder.

At a glance Niko's feet saw a man she knew very well dressed in black in the corner of the cafeteria observing the two of us. Sister Niko just raised the corner of her lips while shaking her head unexpectedly.

"Nay, I'm pulling ya. Looks like there are young master's men watching over us. I don't want you to get in trouble" Sister Niko stood up and walked away.

"Sir Niko!" Called him.

Brother Niko paused for a moment then turned towards me.

"Thank you for the time" I looked at him and smiled.

Brother Niko nodded and smiled anyway.

"You don't stay here long, Nay. Go up to the top of the young master's room!" order Niko's sister with her attention and this time she steps away.

I smiled and stared at his passing, he was a man who still cared about me. Perhaps because he was still loyal to the order given by the late lord Halim to take care of me.

Seriate....
