Naynay gently stroked Afif's hand which he placed on his thigh. Aiko had not spoken since Afif asked.
"Hurry up and get out of this house!" afif said without looking at Aiko. The hatred and fear that had been embedded since childhood made him reluctant to look at the woman with the status of his grandmother.
Aiko took a deep breath and fixed her seat. "Grandmother apologizes for the mistakes of nineteen years ago, Afif. Grandma's really sorry...."
Afif was grieving, yet he still did not want to look at Aiko. "I don't have a grandmother! You're just a stranger who shamelessly tried to ruin my parents' second home!" reply Afif emotions.
Naynay scratched his nape as he did not know what to do. He also could not participate in the problems of these two people, especially he did not really understand everything that happened.
Suddenly, Aiko stood up and knelt in front of Afif. Naynay is surprised, but Afif just keeps quiet and turns his gaze towards Naynay. The man also held back the body of Naynay who was about to approach Aiko who was kneeling while crying.
"Afif, I'm really sorry. Please forgive all my mistakes first. During these nineteen years, I could not live quietly because of the mistakes I made.." explained Aiko by clenching her palms together in front of her chest. Her tears were so swift flowing on her cheeks that she was reluctant to be touched by wrinkles.
"Then? You think I can live a quiet life after an attempted murder, huh?.." Afif's attack gets more emotional. His chest up and down restrained himself from acting rudely in front of his wife.
'Sister Afif was furious, just like that night.' Naynay recalls when Afif was angry first, where finally the man asked for his right as a husband.
Aiko doesn't know what to do, Afif insists on refusing her presence. His apology was also rejected.
"I forgive you, now get out!!" afif said while pointing at the door that was wide open.
Aiko raised her head that was bowed. He smiled broadly hearing Afif forgive him. "Can we live together?"
"You think once I forgive you, I'll forget about it? Dream on! Now out!!" afif snapped his emotions and pulled Naynay's hand back to their room above. He did not want the young Gamaliel to hear his outburst of anger.
Aiko stood up with difficulty and walked unsteadily out of the house. He gestured all of his bodyguards to return to the car. At least Afif has forgiven him, he is grateful for that.
While in the room, Afif immediately rushed into Naynay's arms until they were lying on the bed. Naynay rubbed Afif's back which was now above his body.
"Ouch.... Nay can't breathe gini." Naynay pushed Afif's body to the side because he already felt tight.
"Wpa do you think my decision to forgive him is correct?" asked Afif while kissing Naynay's right palm.
"Very right! Everyone makes mistakes, and they deserve an apology. The pain they cause will be hard to forget. But Nay is sure Big Brother can forget those bad memories and replace them with incredible memories." Naynay excitedly replied to Afif's words, not forgetting his distinctive cute smile that could always make Afif melt.
But it's not gonna happen. The woman named Aiko had truly regretted all her actions in the past.
Naynay who understood that Afif was being nethink also stroked Afif's jaw. "It's okay, the important thing is that you don't keep thinking about it."
"Nay, kiss!" Afif pursed his lips right in front of Naynay's lips.
Without being asked twice, Naynay kissed her husband on the lips. Their voices filled the silence of the room that had been unoccupied for several months.
And this is how this story ends. Naynay went through all the trials of his life with incredible patience. Her happiness is complete with Afif and Gamaliel who are so adorable.
There is nothing special at the end of the story. But a short message is for you, Readers.
Thank you for supporting Naynay and Afif since December 2020. Because of you, I can end this story in early July 2021.
The rise of cases of pregnancy outside marriage, should get special attention. All the women were victims, but that doesn't mean they're innocent in that. Some are victims of rape, and some are victims of their own lust.** education is very important given at the age of adolescence so that things like this do not happen.
Thank you, I'm saying goodbye. Maybe there will be new stories that I will publish. But there are also my novels that are on hiatus, I will move them to the orange field. So, um, so.
See you in the next story.....
