When Clara fell asleep in the chair next to Kak Angel's bed, Clara felt the movement on Kak Angel's bed and Clara immediately opened her eyes. Clara smiled as she looked at Sister Angel who was conscious and trying to sit in her bed.

"Sister Angel don't move much first. The doctor said the stitches in Kak Angel's stomach had not dried," said Clara who made Kak Angel turn towards him.

"Cla thank you you for not helping and taking your sister to the hospital" said Kak Angel while holding Clara's hand.

"That's my duty as a sister. Most importantly now Sister Angel and baby sister survived. Oh yes, sister, daughter. What name do you want to give your sister?" Ask Clara who made Kak Angel moved then thought about a suitable name for her child.

"Hm? What if her name was Bianca?" Ask Angel to ask Clara's opinion.

"Bianca? It's good, brother. Ok so the name of Bianca's sister's daughter Princess Angel," said Clara gave a long name for her sister's child.

"Sister agrees Cla. I want to see her dong Cla. Can you please bring him here?"

"Oh sister, I'm a little afraid if I have to carry a baby. I'll call the doctor first to check the condition of big brother Bianca's new brother."

Finally Clara called the doctor so that the doctor along with several sisters entered the room Kak Angel.

"Okay, sister" said the nurse then taught Clara how to hold a baby and gave some explanation about what can and should not be done to a baby. Angel who saw Clara focus on paying attention to the teachings of the sisters was only able to smile at her sister who was like going to be very painstaking caring for her child.

After the sister died, Clara walked up to Kak Angel while carrying Bianca in her carrier.

"Sir, Bianca is really funny. Try the big brother continues to love breast milk," said Clara while handing Bianca to Angel.

Clara was a little surprised by her brother's strangeness which was a little strange according to her. "Yes, I promise. I will help brother Bianca with all my heart and whatever happens, I will not tell Bianca why. Just like my sister kept me from childhood," Clara said with a smile.

"Thank you Cla is indeed the best sister," said Kak Angel then quietly enveloped them. Sister Angel focused on Bianca while Clara looked at Kak Angel closely because she was confused by her brother's words that seemed unusual to her.

Finally Clara was allowed to go home first because she wanted to take a shower and change clothes. Clara immediately returned to the hospital to accompany her brother.

It's Clara's last day in Indonesia but it seems Clara doesn't even want to go back to New York because Clara wants to take care of Angel and help Angel Kak take care of Bianca. Clara wants to buy breakfast for Angel. Then after breakfast, Clara immediately returned to Angel's room. When Clara came back, she saw Sister Angel who was staring at Bianca while crying and Clara immediately entered the room of Kak Angel and hugged Kak Angel.

"Sister Angel why? How crying?" Asked Clara while tightening his embrace on Sister Angel as if giving strength to her brother.

"No, what is Cla. I just can't believe that my sister is now a mother. I hope that I will be a good mother to Bianca even though I will always be there for her" Angel said, wiping her tears.

"Where is Angel going? Why won't Angel always be there for Bianca?" Tanya Clara was amazed by her brother's speech which she thought was different from usual since waking up from the effects of drugs during surgery yesterday. Not yet Kak Angel answered but ringing mobile phone Clara interrupts him. "Sister Angel, I say out first yes pick up the phone for a while," continued Clara when she saw the name Kak Vino listed on the phone screen. After Angel nodded his head assent, Clara immediately came out of Angel's room and walked towards the park at the hospital to find calm and fresh air to clear her mind because it is not usual for Kak Vino to call if there is no business what matters. "Sweetheart, are you okay? Who's in the hospital?" Ask Vino who sounded very panicked.

"I'm okay. What's wrong, brother?" Clara asked in surprise because Kak Vino suddenly asked her news and sighed in relief after Clara replied that she was okay.

After waiting for a long time, a doctor suddenly came out of the room with a moody face. "We tried everything we could but sorry, the patient's life we couldn't save" said the doctor who left Clara hysterical.
