"Cla, please grab sister dong's phone. I think I missed my couch," said Kak Angel to Clara when Kak Angel was cooking in the kitchen and forgot the recipe on her phone.

"So, brother, where is it? Oh here it is," said Clara as she walked towards her brother after finding Kak Angel's cell phone. But her steps stopped when Clara saw the photo on her brother's lock screen. In the photo stands a young man along with his brother in a park, looking like the garden he and his brother came to. After taking a closer look, Clara seemed to know the man but where did she get to meet the man.

"Why Cla? How did you stop?" Angel asked as she walked towards Clara after turning off her stove. After seeing what Clara saw, Angel immediately snatched her phone from Clara's hand and turned off the screen.

"Sister Angel, who is that guy? How are you so familiar with Angel?" Ask Clara curiously.

"Mom.nobody" replied Kak Angel nervous and it did not escape the vision of Clara.

"He's a sister's boyfriend, isn't he?" Ask Clara right on target which makes Kak Angel surprised because Clara can guess it easily. " Sister, sister looks very familiar with the guy in the photo. She's obviously sister's boyfriend, right? Who else is he if not the sister's boyfriend," said Clara who can guess what her brother was surprised. Finally, inevitably, Brother Angel also nodded his head in assuring his sister's guess.

After they finished cooking, they had lunch together in silence. Until the moment they finish eating new they open their voices.

"Let me take care of that. Brother rest only brother can not soy sauce," said Clara when she saw Kak Angel was about to clean the dishes at the dining table.

"Please Cla but you can be alone" said Kak Angel did not want to trouble Clara.

"Sister, sister is pregnant again so sister do not let soybean yes. Let me just be right, what use am I here dong if my brother keeps telling me everything alone," said Clara who makes Kak Angel smile because he has a good and understanding sister like Clara.

"Thank Cla" said Angel and walked to the living room to watch television.

While Clara cleaned the dirty dishes on the table and washed them in the kitchen. After finishing, Clara immediately approached Angel in the family room. They chatted till night reminiscing about their childhood and so on.

"Sister Angel, today we go to the park yuk. Have breakfast and get some fresh air" Clara said whining to her sister.

"Jaudah let's go to the park. Brother change clothes first yes," said Kak Angel who obeyed Clara's wishes.

"Ok sister, I'm waiting on the sofa, yes" said Clara and Kak Angel just nodded and went straight into her room to change clothes.

Suddenly Clara heard a scream from inside the room Kak Angel and Clara immediately approached Kak Angel into her room.

"Sister Angel why?" Clara asked frantically as she saw Sister Angel grimacing in pain while holding her stomach.

"Cla amniotic sister broke. Please take your sister to the hospital now" said Kak Angel in pain who was immediately approached by Clara to help Kak Angel walk. "Cla please bring the bag, all of you," he continued, pointing to the top of the bag that was quite large in pink. Clara immediately picked it up and helped Angel walk towards the sofa in the living room. Clara immediately ordered a taxi online and after her taxi came, Clara asked the taxi driver to help her drive Kak Angel into the taxi. Along the way Clara can only panic and calm her brother who looks very painful.

"Are you a patient's family?" Ask the doctor who just came out of the room where Angel was.

"Yes the doctor, I'm his sister. How's my brother doing?" Ask Clara who immediately approached the doctor.

"Your sister's amniotic fluid is running out while your sister seems to take a long time to get her baby out. Your sister's age is still too early to give birth so if I may ask permission to do a caesarean section on your sister," said the doctor trying to explain the condition of Kak Angel to Clara.

"Is everything going to be okay, Doc? Please do your best for my brother. Please save my sister and the baby" said Clara, crying for fear of her brother.

"Everything has to be a risk but you take it easy, I definitely do my best for your brother. If you allow me to perform a caesarean section to your sister, then please immediately take care of the administrative costs so that your sister is quickly followed up," said the doctor.

"Well my docks will take care of his administration now" Clara said then walked to take care of the administration.

"Suster, I want to pay the bill on behalf of Angel Barack" Clara said as she reached the administration.

"Good brother. Please wait a moment, " said the nurse. "This is my brother, please check first" he continued.

Clara who saw the nominal that was not the least was swerved before opening Kak Angel's wallet because Kak Angel had left her wallet and phone to Clara before entering the maternity room. Clara immediately looked for her brother's atm card and handed it to the sister.

"Where's sus? Can you?" Ask Clara was worried if her atm card could not be used in Indonesia.

"Can brother. This administration is over and the patient on behalf of Angel Barack will have her surgery soon" said the nurse, making Clara feel a little more relieved that her brother would be helped soon.

Clara immediately walked to the delivery room where her brother was and saw Kak Angel's bed being pushed by the sisters to be taken to the operating room. Clara immediately ran over to her brother who looked still half conscious. "Sister, Sister Angel must be strong huh. I'm sure Angel can do it. Sis spirit for my sake and also for the sake of baby brother," said Clara who made Angel smile thinly and then slowly closed her eyes. Clara who saw Kak Angel passed out was shocked but the nurse who said that it was the effect of the drugs given to her brother made Clara a little relieved.

4 Hours later

Clara was still waiting in front of her brother's operating room with mixed feelings. He wondered what was really going on in there, why so long ago. Clara did not stop going back and forth until the lights in the operating room went out and a doctor came out from inside. Clara immediately ran to the doctor.

"How's my brother doing, Doc?" Clara looked panicked.

"The patient and the baby were saved. Congratulations baby girl, beautiful like her mother," said the doctor with a smile that made Clara smile happy because her brother and baby were rescued.

"Thank you doc. Thank you so much for saving them both" Clara said sincerely to the doctor.

"That's my duty as a doctor. Now your sister will be moved to a regular room. Maybe in the next few hours your brother will be aware but you do not have to worry because it is just the effect of drugs. Your sister's condition I can make sure will be fine. Excuse me first of all, good afternoon" said the doctor and left in front of Clara.

Now Clara is sitting in the room of Kak Angel while looking at Kak Angel who is still unconscious and Clara walks towards the cot that is in the room of Kak Angel. Clara smiled at the baby who looked very small and cute. "You are strong. You have to be strong for your mommy. I know this is Aunty Clara but I think I look old if I'm called aunty, you call me Brother Clara yes," said Clara invites chat baby Kak Angel who opens her eyes and smiles when she sees Clara.
