Cassey tapped his shoes on the sidewalk of the bus stop, he was bored. He glanced at the sweet circular blue watch on his left wrist, it had been ten minutes he was sitting there.
School, it's getting quiet. Even the one sitting at the bus stop this time was just him alone, though,
"Cassey?! You haven't come home yet?" Cassey turned his head, finding Nery walking towards him.
"Oh, tumben you're home. No rehearsal?" Nery was one of the girls' basketball members, so after school there was always practice. Moreover, these weeks are many tournaments.
"No, it was just a briefing for a moment. But why are you here by yourself? The bus hasn't passed?"
"No, I'm waiting for Zack."
"He's gonna pick you up?" The deg! Cassey's dumbfounded, he forgot. Zack didn't say he was going to pick her up or not.
"Ah, I forgot to ask." Cassey scratched his non-itchy nape, cursing his folly.
"Gosh this is you, isn't it later tonight you have a shift. You'd better call him now" Cassey smiled wryly,
"Why? did you forget to bring your phone? this is my own?" Nery knows, Cassey's a sloppy. He often forgets to bring a cell phone or even a wallet, so he often forgets. Nery to memorize Cassey's bad habits,
"I don't have the number" Cassey's great-grandson made Nery glare,
"What are you guys? he said he was dating, but the number just you don't have?!" nery exclaimed in annoyance, he felt that Zack was not a good person. Maybe he's just playing with her feelings, Cassey.
Especially after remembering, if Zack was once a playboy. For some reason, Nery felt that Cassey was also Zack's victim.
"I forgot to ask him."
"You're! even without you asking, he should have given me the number. Even he should have asked for your number." exclaimed Nery annoyed, Cassey bowed to the concrete pavement below.
What Nery said has a point, too,
"Bus has come, you want to wait for him or get back on the bus now?" nery asked coldly, he was still upset over Cassey's stupidity.
Cassey looked at Nery who was walking towards the bus, he stared at the road for a moment. Cassey sighed, though,
"Nery, wait! I'm coming, "cassey shouted right after Nery got on the bus.
"Cass, right,?" Cassey looked over, she was confused. Ever since the chatter, Nery had become silent herself. Nery looks upset, though,
"You believe me, don't you?" Cassey nodded.
"Cass, I'm your best friend. I care about you, I'm not doing this out of envy you're getting people who are popoler or handsome or rich. I'm doing this, because I care and love you." although confused, Cassey just replied by nodding her head.
"Please, rethink being Zack's girlfriend." Cassey looked at Nery confused.
"Why?"
"Why?!" Nery repeated her question, but in an annoyed tone. Cassey frowned confusedly, why did Nery even repeat the question.
"You ask why?!" Cassey.
"Cassey, he's a playboy, I don't want you to be one of his victims."
"That's Nery's past, Zack's now changed." Nery screeched, upset over Cassey's defense of Zack.
"That's what you think he's changed."
"Even her mommy just said, Zack's changed a little."
"What if it's just acting?"
"What do you mean?"
"What if he's acting like he's just acting?" cassey's eyes widened to hear the cynical question Nery was asking her.
"How can you think like that? Besides, what does she have to act for?"
Nery banged on her shoulder not knowing.
"I don't care, which I suggest. Think about your relationship back."
