Comfortable start

Today I have a lot of work and have to work late at the office. The clock is showing at 9pm and my work is still not done.

"uhh finally finished too" I said as I stretched out my hands.

I saw the clock showing at 9:45, I cleaned up my things and I walked out of my office and into the elevator.

"hey are so tired" said Rayen from behind me

"eh rayen, you haven't come home yet ?" I was surprised

"how can I go home if my employees are still overtime" he said and smiled at me. I replied with a thin smile

the elevator door opened and there were only two of us in the elevator.it made me awkward to be in a small room and just together with Rayen.

I don't really understand how I feel right now, but sometimes my heart beats when I'm next to Rayen at this close range.

"don't bengong gitu, ntar ghost elevator hooks loh" whispered rayen in my ears.

suddenly I shuddered to hear it not because of fear of ghosts but the roar of rayen breath that makes my hair stand up. My heart beats faster it feels almost out of my body, and my knees oh no my knees are so limp and I don't even feel like I can hold my body weight anymore.

"what is this? why can my heart beat like this even with a simple sentence expressed by Rayen" I said in my heart

after reaching the bottom floor we walked to the parking lot where the rayen car was on the way I just remained silent confused where you started the conversation from.

"your survey used to work in town A, right?" rayen asked, breaking the silence between us

"he was born there, big there" I replied

"i heard there are a lot of tourist attractions, right?" ask rayen

"hehe yes dong.my hometown is the most beautiful city in my opinion" I replied with a proud smile at my hometown

"so you don't miss coming home?" tannya

it didn't feel like we were finally in front of my apartment lobby.
