Should I give up?

The atmosphere of the day that had been cheerful was immediately cloudy colorless. His laughter and warm smile were gone and only a small cry was replaced which made him have to return to the Emergency Stairway area to hide his pain.

His body was not very clear but his face looked so similar to her.

It was a cold voice but full of promise. Evelyne's eyes were seen trying to raise her hand to touch this woman but she wasn't strong enough.

"I'll protect your Daddy. You can go quietly."

"K..You're who?" evelyne asked, looking very curious.

Hearing that Evelyne was silent. There was doubt in his eyes to entrust Maxwell to this figure.

"You're gonna look after him?" lirih Evelyne again made the figure silent for a moment then nodded at him.

Evelyne shook her head. He wanted Maxwell to be happy and free from the bad guys. He did not want to see His Daddy drink and mumbled his pain at night.

Evelyne's words stopped when there was no more of that figure. He looked in all directions and the result was empty and there was no one here.

Because of this guilt, Evelyne was not brave enough to go upstairs. He hesitated to turn because no one called him at all.

"Does Leen have to go?" mumbled Evelyne was also unwilling to leave Maxwell.

"But. If Leen leaves, will Daddy be alone?"

Mumbles rage. He's free here but can't help a bit.

Yello's voice sounded from above. The woman rushed down to Evelyne who was still daydreaming alone.

When he saw the puffy face and swollen eyes Evelyne who was still watering instantly made Yello sliced.

"Miss! Why here? Come aboard!"

Evelyne was silent. He turned around and stepped up one by one these steps with Yello guarding him from behind.

He just walked towards Maxwell's room until from the reproach of this door Evelyne saw the Man sitting on his Chair with a chaotic look. Looks like he just finished drinking.

There was Jirome too who seemed to get rid of sharp objects around Maxwell that looked very, very depressed. This is what makes him unable to sleep.

"Yes!" evelyne murmured with her eyes back to heat up. He could only stand up from the darkness without daring to approach at all.

"Miss! You're.."

"Leen wasn't strong enough," Evelyne muttered looking at his hands that could only grab a Butterfly. Yello was silent and did not understand the direction of her conversation.

"L..Leen can't protect Daddy!"

Evelyne muttered and then turned to go towards the elevator making Yello rush to follow her.
