"It looks like we need more people to do all this, we can't just do all three of them!" mike said during an internal meeting with Ron and George.

As the highest leader in Anderson's company, the three of them do have a huge burden of responsibility, especially now that their business work has penetrated to all ends of the world. After ten years under the leadership of these three great men, now the Anderson family business like has become a giant business empire that is highly respected by many world entrepreneurs.

"I agree, we seem to need one more candidate to handle all these jobs, especially George whose workload has already exceeded the maximum!l" Ron agreed with the brother.

"Do you have a candidate?" ask Mike seriously.

"As much as I know who we can count on" Ron smiled mysteriously.

"Who?" Mike enthusiastically.

"Dimas! you know that during my stay in the capital, the business unit that Dimas lived in grew very rapidly, the turnover that was scooped up did not fool around, even beating the turnover of business units in the capital!" Ron.

"You're right sir, I also see the incredible potential of Dimas, it's very rare that anyone can boost business turnover like Dimas has done all along!" George agreed with Ron.

"What do you think Mike? if in the suburbs he can boost popularity, surely he will be able to make our business empire advance rapidly in the middle of the city!" Ron is optimistic.

"Well, I agree, when can you call Dimas to come here?" Mike sparkles.

"Now I can reach him!" Ron pulled his phone out of his pocket.

"Good day boss" replied a voice on the other end of the phone.

"Dimas, are you busy?" ask Ron.

"No boss, I just finished a meeting with our client to discuss the results of the development that has been running, can anyone help?" Dimas asked.

"Are you able to come to the capital any time soon? there's something we want to discuss with you!" Ron asked for Dimas time.

"When I'm ready, if need be this second!" Dimas is always totality in work.

"Ah then leave tomorrow morning, meet us at the headquarter huh, Me, Mike and George will be waiting for you!" ron finally decided his time.

"Well, tomorrow I'll leave here in the morning at about six, maybe it will arrive around ten or eleven in the afternoon at the headquarters" Dimas replied.

"Good, we wait for tomorrow, book a hotel for last night, you can go home the next day!" ron ended the conversation.

"Ready boss!" dimas said before he hung up.

"Come in!" Ron smiled as he looked at Dimas's face.

"Sit down!" Mike invited Dimas to sit in the meeting room.

"Alright Dimas, since you've come, I think we can start the discussion!" Mike looked one by one at the faces of his confidants.

"So, as you know, Anderson's company is at the top right now. Me, Ron and George now feel overwhelmed if you have to handle all these business lines just three, just three, we need one more person we can trust to help us lead Anderson's company" Mike paused his explanation and breathed.

"We've agreed that you're the right person to help us do all that work, we want you to move to headquarters and be part of our team!" mike said at the end.

"Master!?" The unbelieving Dimas could only gawk at hearing it.

"We want to promote your position to be on the board of directors, level with the three of us!" Ron smiled with hope.

"But I don't deserve you yet!" Dimas is still not sure of its performance.

"Obviously the year you've served in a branch office with very satisfactory results, that's more than enough to prove your competence and loyalty!" mike said with complete confidence.

"There is also George who will help you to carry out your new duties later!" ron added again.

"You don't have to worry, I will always support you!" George, who had been overwhelmed, was very excited by the presence of Dimas as his companion became assistant CEO for Mike and Ron.

"May I have some time? I have to prepare myself before this new task, at least give me a month to clean up everything I will leave at the branch office where I work now!" Dimas negotiate.

"Well, if you think it's necessary, we'll wait until everything's ready, you can delegate your current position to someone you think is right, we trust you all!" said Mike.

"Okay sir, thank you for your trust" Dimas nodded respectfully.

"Okay, since it's a deal, how about we have lunch now?" Ron glanced at the clock that was already showing at twelve noon.

"Let's find a comfortable place!" said Mike.

"You've booked a hotel, right?" Ron looked at Dimas.

"Yes, tonight I will stay at the hotel, tomorrow morning I will return to the branch office" said Dimas.

"Goody!" Ron patted Dimas' shoulder.

During lunch, Mike, Ron and George enlighten Dimas a bit about all the things the board of directors used to do to run the wheels of the company. They all talked so seriously, even forgetting until five in the afternoon when the time had shown the hours of home office.
