Disconnecting

"Om" Gaby, who had not heard from Dimas all day, tried to start their conversation through a short message as she was sitting in the living room with her parents and siblings.

"Yes" replied Dimas.

"What meda?" ask Gaby.

"I'm overtime miss" Dimas replied lying.

"In the office?" Gaby's curious.

"In the apartment" Dimas only answered briefly.

"Om eating already?" Gaby's trying to lure a chat.

"Already" but Dimas only answered briefly.

"Yes, then good luck, Om, the spirit!" gaby said with a kiss emoticon.

"Well miss" replied Dimas flatly.

"What's wrong with Om Dimas?" gaby muttered to himself after their chatter via short message ended.

While Mike and Ananda who saw their daughter were communicating through a short message like being able to catch a signal that Dimas had started to stay away from Gaby.

"Sister, can you talk?" mike asked when Gaby had put down her phone.

"Yes yeah" Gaby looked at the father.

"Son't you're an adult, it's time to think about the future, so Dad wants to match up with someone you know well" Mike provoked Gaby's reaction.

"I mean dad?" Gaby still doesn't understand.

"Dad has set the time, next week brother will be engaged to prospective choice of father" replied Mike as flat as possible.

"What!?" Gaby was in disbelief.

"Sunday you'll be engaged!" Mike gave an affirmation.

"Dad has arranged everything, so big brother just needs to follow everything that you have planned!" mike said firmly.

"Well, but I already have a boyfriend!" Gaby doesn't want her love life to be set by Mike.

"Sister, I want what's best for you, so I want you to marry that guy, period!" Mike is indisputable.

"Mother???" Gaby asked for a defense from the mother who had only watched her conversation with her father since.

"Sister," Ananda hung up the conversation because he himself was confused what to say.

"Dad is the same old lady!" Gaby ran into her room crying.

"Dad, how's this?" Ananda panicked to see her daughter crying like that.

"It's okay!" Mike calms the wife.

"What's wrong, miss?" dimas asked when Gaby called him, but not too long ago they just sent a message.

"Did Om avoid me because Om already knew the plan of Dad who wanted to match me with a man of his choice?" ask Gaby without further ado.

"Miss, did Mr Mike tell you?" Back to asking back.

"So Om gave up just because of dad?" Gaby emotions.

"Miss, sorry we can't be together anymore, you deserve better than me!" Dimas tried to speak as loud as possible.

"So your love for me is just this much?" Gaby was really disappointed.

"No lady, my love is so great for you, but as I said, we are indeed so much different, you are so perfect, she said, while I am just an ordinary person who is lucky to get love from you. So please, from now on live your life well without me, be happy with your father's choice lady!" Dimas finally shed his tears that he had been holding since meeting Mike.
