I just got back to my in-laws' house by late afternoon. I saw that my mother was already agitated and pacing back and forth at the door while occasionally looking at the door.

Mama was upset that I treated her like that but couldn't show her frustration in front of the twins. After all, my mother did not want her granddaughter to have a bad memory of her evil to their mother.
