Doctor Karen opened the door and walked towards master David while carrying a tray containing food and drinks.

" Sir, the porridge has come?" said Karen while putting the tray to the table near the bed.

" Can." Karen replied briefly while sitting in a chair near the bed.

Doctor Karen's feeding Mr. David a mouthful for bribes. There has not been five minutes of porridge run out without rest then the doctor Karen put the bowl to the table then took the glass that already has a straw. After finishing drinking the doctor Karen put the glass back.

" The doctor's been good to me, what does the doctor want?" ask Mr. David

" sthat mean?" ask Dr. Karen in a confused tone.

" I mean because the doctor is considerate and kind to me I want to give a gift to the doctor. Does the doctor want car gifts or fancy jewelry or fancy clothes?" ask Mr. David

Doctor Karen simply smiled as she shook her head.

" What does the doctor want?" ask Mr. David

" I want one thing from master is master willing?" ask Dr. Karen

" When are you here again?" ask Mr. David

" Before I go home I'll come here again but on one condition" said Karen

" Master want to eat?" ask Dr. Karen
