Karen hears Celline's words with Rizky's doctor, causing Karen to cry for failing to save the patient's life.

" I wish I had come earlier." Say Karen in a soft tone while pressing the ground floor button.

The elevator door opened Karen came out and continued her steps non-stop. Karen is waiting for public transport because her car has been sold by her stepfather. After public transportation came Karen up to the quiet road Karen went down because her angkot did not pass her house.

Unbeknownst to Karen, a car follows Karen from the hospital until she gets off public transport and walks. The car immediately drove high speed towards Karen and Karen who realized from her daydream trying to avoid.

" After I realized I was at home and said my father I was found by my neighbor who happened to pass by and said my father I had been in a coma for three days." Karen.

" Why aren't you taken to the doctor?" Ask Dr. Sandra

" You know my father loved gambling ever since his wife and stepmother left him because that was the debt so much that he could not call a doctor and lucky my neighbor was a healer of Chinese descent so I was treated using traditional medicine." Karen explained.

" Will it be memory loss?" Ask Dr. Sandra

" When I woke up from my coma I just remembered I was in college working as a secretary while we were separated because you were going to study abroad. Four days later I was sold by my stepfather." Karen.

" I'm right I'm having memory loss." Karen said

" When did your memory return?" Ask Dr. Sandra

" New today." Karen said

" Why can?" Ask Dr. Sandra

" I was helping a grandmother across the street and suddenly there was a truck speeding. I pushed the grandmother but I got hit by the truck, half conscious I saw my husband holding me and on the way to the hospital I don't remember anything else. My husband said I was in a coma for two months and just woke up now." Karen explained.

Doctor Sandra nodded her head to understand why her best friend had no news.

" Sandra, I beg of you to promise not to tell my husband or anyone that I'm a doctor." Please Karen

" What's the matter?" Ask Dr. Sandra in a confused tone.

" Because I still feel so guilty because I'm the grandfather of doctor Rizky died and I don't deserve to be a doctor." Said Karen while covering her face and not how long her tears came out.
