Karen sat in the garden enjoying the morning air

( "I hope my husband's facial surgery goes well so that my husband can move back to what it used to be because my husband's happiness is my happiness." Karen in heart ).

Karen looked at the flower garden close to the hospital until not how long her phone rang. Karen took her cell phone in the bag. Karen saw Han's assistant calling her.

" Hello brother Han." Call Karen

" Mrs, young master David asked the madam. Where is the madam now?" Ask assistant Han.

" I'm at the flower garden near the hospital, I'm going there now." Say Karen while standing up and put her phone back in her bag.

Karen walks to the VVIP treatment room to see her husband.

Karen opened the door and saw her husband lying down while staring at him as Han's assistant stood up then lowered her head in a sign of respect and left the two of them.

" My husband is looking for me?" Ask Karen

" Hmm." Young master David replied deheman.

" What's my husband?" Ask Karen

" Are you not congratulating me because my operation went well and in a week the bandage on my face will be removed." Said young master David.

" Congratulations because the operation is going well and hopefully my husband's face is getting more handsome." Karen said with a sincere smile.

Young master David returned Karen's smile and wished that what Karen had said would come true and her face would no longer be deformed.

" I'm so hungry feed me." Pinta young master David

" Good husband." Karen said

Karen took a bowl and began to feed her husband until it was left unnoticed then took a glass filled with mineral water and given to her husband using a straw to leave half a glass.

" Now my husband is resting." Said Karen while covering her husband's body up to the shoulder.

" Take me to bed." Pinta young master David.

" Ok." Karen replied obediently.

Karen went up to her husband's bed and hugged her husband's body as did young master David. Not how long they slept.

A Week Later

Karen's relationship with young master David as usual sometimes romantic and sometimes cold hard to guess makes Karen just resigned and silent until the time Karen will leave when she is not needed anymore.

It didn't feel like a week and now it's time for the bandages that cover the face of young master David to be opened. Karen and Han's assistant wait for the doctor to open the bandage with a pounding heart.

Upon completion Karen and the assistant smiled happily as the operation went smoothly. Karen had prepared herself if her husband asked her for a divorce and Karen would accept it with a chest.

" This is sir." Said the nurse while looking at her without blinking.

Young master David received the glass and saw his face. Young master David smiled happily because he was no longer disabled.

" Happy master the lord's face is back again." Said assistant Han with a happy smile.

" Same - same Han." Young master David replied with a happy smile.

" Are you not congratulating me because my face is not bad anymore?" Ask young master David

" Happy husband, my husband is getting more handsome." Karen said with a sincere smile and looked at the handsome face of her husband who was more handsome than her picture.

Young master David smiled happily because he was perfect because he could walk again and his face was no longer deformed.

" I'm so happy, my husband can walk back and my husband's face is getting more handsome. There must be a lot of women who would go crazy with my husband." Karen said

" Of course, tomorrow morning I'll go to the office and you'll be home." The young master David's orders

(" Though many women are crazy about me, but the only woman I love is you my wife, I don't want you in the office because I don't want my wife's beauty to be seen by others, only I can enjoy it." Said young master David in heart ).

" How do I work as your secretary?" Ask Karen

" No, you're home." Reject young master David

" Thank God you remember that. Now get me that food and feed me." Young master David's orders.

" Good husband." Karen replied with a smile back.

Karen obediently took the bowl and fed her husband painstakingly without refuting in the slightest.

( "I'm sorry baby, not that I won't admit you as a wife but that many enemies will come back through you. I really can't bear it if I have to lose you." Said young master David in heart ).

Karen fed the porridge by mouth for bribe until it ran out without rest and then put the bowl back on the table near the bed.

" My husband is drinking now?" Pinta Karen's

The young master David simply kept silent without answering, Karen took her pre-existing glass of straw and gave it to her husband's mouth. Young master David drank it to the point of leaving half a glass.

" My husband may I ask?" Ask Karen

" Please." Said young master David.

" If if my husband had gone back to work and met a girl and my husband started to like her, would my husband have kicked me out without waiting for the agreement that my husband had made and signed?" Karen asked while looking at her husband's eyes.
