Our wedding invitations have been made, both digital and card. Me and Mas Haris did decide to use two types of invitations. Only certain people we invite are cards.
After returning from the office, Mas Haris and I shared their invitations. Because there was so much to share, we decided to share it ourselves.
I have spread it to my relatives and some of my close relatives, but there are still some left including an invitation to Mas Doni. Yes, I deliberately gave him an invitation in the form of a card so that he felt hot to see my invitation card. Because of the time I will continue tomorrow.
Today I am off work as well as Mas Haris. We re-spread the remaining invitations in each of our hands.
Time to send an invitation to Mas Doni's house, I did leave it at the very end.
"Assalamualaikum" I stepped towards the main door of the house I had once occupied.
After two years after the divorce with Mas Doni I never came here, everything looks the same from the furniture to the decoration and even the arrangement is still with my arrangement first. It seems like Mas Doni did not change in the slightest with the arrangement of this house. The atmosphere is still the same which is different only the color of the wall paint.
I can't believe I'm putting this house back in again. Not to visit to ask the news of my ex-husband but to give my wedding invitation to Mas Haris.
"Wa'alaikumsalam" cried Mas Doni from inside the house.
"Eh Mira? Here enter the Deck." take Mas Doni when I see me at the door of the house.
"No need to be here." I said.
"Wih tumben here, what's up?" Mas Doni smiled with sparkling eyes when he saw me.
"Hihihi yes Mas, there is someone I want to love you." I said with a smile.
"Love what? Eh sat down first." asked Mas Doni while inviting me to sit on the chair on the porch of the house.
"It's Mas." I took out an invitation card from inside the bag.
"Dateng ya Mas on my happy day. Don't come without you." I continued.
Mas Doni accepted the invitation I gave, in the face of the late invitation.
"I still can't believe Dek, after you've two years apart you finally really found my replacement man" said Mas Doni without switching from my wedding invitation.
"Yes Mas, I still can't believe I finally found the right person to be my husband. Pray that I am happy." I said.
Mas Doni nodded.
Doni stood up.
"Yes Dek, heart hearts on the way ya."
I smiled and turned my body towards the car.
Suddenly Mas Doni pulled my hand as I was about to open the car door.
When I looked at Mas Doni directly hugged me.
I tried to rebel, but I lost strength and physique.
"Before the Deck, don't move. I really want to hug you. I really miss you Dek. If time could be restored, I wouldn't let you down like yesterday's Deck." Mas Doni's voice rattled in my ear.
"Our mother is no one else. It's not good to see people, especially if I want to get married soon. So let me go." I said.
Mas Doni took off his embrace, he lowered his face before me.
"I'm home, huh Mas."
When my car door opened, Mas Doni cut off my activities again.
"I've separated from Ayu Dek."
I turned my body to face Mas Doni twice with an incredulous look.
"I'm separated, Ayu cheated on another man while I was out of town. I don't know why my life got messed up after separating from your Deck." said Mas Doni as I turned to face him.
"Nasi has become a mush Mas, there is nothing to regret. It was your choice. You choose your own life path like this, then accept the results and stay on. In the future everything we have experienced, you, me or whoever it is, will only be a story. So you have to be able to chew on all this." I said as I patted Mas Doni on the shoulder.
"Yes Dek, you really are. It's all my own fault. I should have never hurt you and ended up like this. Maybe this is what we call Dek karma."
"Yes, I have to really go home now, because it's already this afternoon. You should come to my wedding."
I got in the car, Mas Doni drove me to the front of the fence. I saw from the side view that Mas Doni was still staring at my car. Looks like he'll be there until my car is completely out of sight.
