Chapter 88 (season 2)

Max continues to invite Eve to talk, but Eve's focus leads to Ax and Ayumi who seem to deliberately make out in front of him.

"Eve, may I ask for your phone number" Max said with his eyes fixed on Eve.

"Yes," said Eve, who only just said, because she kept paying attention to Ax and Ayumi.

"really?." Max looked so excited.

Eve realized, "excuse me Max, what did you ask?" asked Eve and immediately made Max limp for a moment. "So you didn't listen to my words?." Max patted her forehead.

"I want to ask for your phone number, can I?" asked Max again.

"All right," Eve smiled. Eve picks up her phone and exchanges numbers with Max.

"Thanks Eve," said Max smiling, he immediately kept Eve's number.

While Ax is annoyed to see Eve exchanging phones with Max. Yes, even though he had ignored Eve, he watched Eve in silence.

His hands clenched under the dining table, it felt like his heart was so jealous to see Eve talking to Max.

"Darling, what do you want to eat?, let me take it for you" said Ayumi smiling sweetly.

But Axe was silent and did not listen to Ayumi's words, suddenly his attention was diverted to Max and Ayumi who were now joking and laughing. It really made his heart hot.

"They just got to know, why is Eve so close to Max?!!." His hand kept clenching, until the wound on his hand again released a red liquid that seeped from the gauze wrapped around his hand.

Ayumi accidentally saw Axe's hand that was bleeding. "Ax, what's your hand?" he screeched, making Eve and Max turn to Axe.

Eve widened her eyes looking at Axe's bloodied hand there. "Sister Ax, your hands are bleeding" said Eve and immediately moved from her seat and approached her brother.

Eve touches Axe's injured hand and feels so panicked. "Sister Ax, this is why it got like this?!," said Eve frantically.

But Ayumi immediately took Ax's hand from Eve's grip. "Let me treat it" said Ayumi Ketus.

"No, Ayumi's sister is better to continue eating, let Eve treat Ax's leg wound" Eve said.

"Eve, it should be you who continues to eat you, I'm your sister's lover, so I'm more entitled to treat Ax's wounds than you!," Ayumi said, leaving Eve speechless.

Ayumi immediately invites Ax to go from the dining table and take the medicine box to treat Ax's wounds.

"Already Eve, there's Ax's lover who will treat Ax's wounds. We'd better go ahead and have our dinner" Max said. He was so happy to be able to eat alone with Eve.

But unlike Eve, her heart slipped hearing Ayumi's words. Yes, Ayumi is indeed a lover of Ax, in contrast to her who is only her sister.

Eve sat down again near Max, but her mind was not there. He kept thinking about Axe and Ayumi.

"Sister Max, I'm going to go to the toilet for a bit" Eve said, and then she left.

Her heart was so unsettled that she let Ax alone be with Ayumi.

Eve walks while looking for where Ax and Ayumi are. His steps stopped while he was in the middle room. His body seemed to suffocate for an instant, his heart breaking at the sight before him. Ax is kissing with Ayumi, can Eve see Ax so enjoy the kiss. Eve's tears shed instantly, it felt like she was unable to support her body anymore. But he tried to strengthen it. Eve ran towards her room with her tears falling. Eve violently closed the door to her room and locked it immediately.

"Why Ax, why did you hurt me like this?!" Eve cried while beating her chest.

Ax was surprised when he saw Ayumi in front of him who was smiling looking at him. "Damn!, why could I have imagined Eve. Did Eve see me and Ayumi kissing? Shit...shial...shit!!," said Ax in heart.

"Dear, thank you, I thought you didn't really love me, now I'm sure that you love me so much" Ayumi smiled.

Ax only smiled at a glance, his heart was riled at the thought of Eve at this time. But he thought again, maybe it's better for Eve to stay away from him.

"Hey, have you seen Eve" said Max, who came to Ax and Ayumi.

"I don't know" said Ayumi indifferently.

"Maybe Eve slept in Max's room, you better just go home, don't bother my sister!," Axe said. He was still so upset to see Eve laughing with Max earlier.

"You know, I just want to be friends with your sister" Max sneered.

"Here you go, you better go home" Axe said.

"But baby, I don't want to go home yet, I want us to kiss again" said Ayumi.

"What, so you kissed?!, you guys are so outrageous!. You don't think of me not having this lover" said Max.

"That's why you're looking for Max's girlfriend" Ayumi said.

"Yes, you're right. What if I make Eve my lover?" said Max smilingly looking at Ax.

"Never try, or you will feel the consequences!," angry Ax. "Now it's better for you to go home!," Ax said later.

"But baby, I still miss you."

"Tomorrow we can meet again Ayumi, I'm very tired and want to rest" said Axe.

"Alright, honey, then I'll go home first. Thank you for tonight" said Ayumi, peeking at Ax.

"This makes me jealous" said Max.

Ayumi and Max leave Ax's apartment. While Axe immediately ran to the bathroom cleaning his lips and face. I don't think he wants Ayumi's lips to stick to him.

Axe walked towards Eve's room, he was standing right in front of Eve's room door. When Ax was about to knock it, he paused it. He simply stood up and lowered his head in front of Eve's room door. His lips muttered with a word of apology repeatedly.

Axe returned to his room at almost midnight. He was sure that Eve had fallen asleep.

While in her room, Eve cries sobbing at the thought of Ax kissing Ayumi.

"Did sister Ax really not want Eve to love sister. Did Eve guess wrong?" he said still sobbing.

"Well if that's what Ax's brother wants, Eve will not disturb Ax and Ayumi's sister" Eve said again. Then he picked up his flat object and booked a flight to Indonesia online with the fastest flight tomorrow morning.

Eve no longer wants to bother Ax, maybe by staying away from Ax, it will be better.
