Izza gripped Deon's shirt tightened his embrace and Deon could feel the mound of Izza's twin flesh sticking to his body and feeling tender.
Deon realized that this wasn't supposed to happen to him. But this situation made him have to empathize with Izza. The woman was terrified by the dark. Moreover, lightning continuously struck. The rain did not stop. Though this is not yet magrib but the atmosphere is very dark.
"Izza, you wait here a minute, yeah. I'm gonna get a flashlight in the room."
"No, I don't want to stay. I'm afraid, sir," whined the woman.
"Just a minute, Izza. If you do not take a flashlight, you will be more afraid because of the dark. Don't know when the power will start."
"Don't stay on my own, sir. Then I'll just come along."
There was no other choice but for Izza to come to the room to pick up the flashlight. They walk still hugging more than the original husband and wife. Izza walked with both eyes closed. He followed wherever Deon carried himself by instinct.
"You sit here first, I'll find the flashlight first." Deon asks Izza to sit on the edge of his bed.
Izza also according. After all, the man was still around him. So not too scared.
Deon started looking for a flashlight in the nightstand drawer. He usually keeps a flashlight there. But he was looking for nothing. Where not. Every item you are looking for is suddenly gone.
Izza covered his ears with both hands because the sound of lightning increasingly hardened and frequent. The sound of heavy rain also rang out. If the rain does not stop, there could be flooding because the river water must overflow.
Deon moved to look elsewhere and was still around his room.
"Have you met, sir?" ask Izza to make sure because it's a long time ago.
"Not yet" replied the man, busy searching.
Deon's hand felt flattened and it turned out to be his phone. He stopped searching for the flashlight because on the phone there was a flashlight even though it was not as bright as a flashlight.
Deon turned on his flash hp to make lighting. But he complained because his cellphone battery was seven percent. He forgot to charge because usually he will charger hp at night when sleeping.
"Wear a flash hp, yes. You see the flashlight did not meet either," said the man while putting his phone on the nightstand.
Then the man sat down beside Izza.
"Hp you still have a lot of batteries? It's mine's seven percent and definitely won't last long."
"Don't know, sir. I haven't played since noon. No device can turn on a light when the power goes out, sir?"
"There, in the back. Just have to use fuel. It just so happens that the fuel runs out."
Izza breathed out slowly. But for him he was more fortunate as well, at a time when the situation was like this, his female master was not around. Just try Adell there, Deon must be with his wife now and he must refrain from fear.
There is no more conversation between the two. They stared at the window where the occasional bolt of lightning struck and emitted light into the room.
Izza could only claw at the tip of his own clothes at this moment while holding back fear. He hopes the rain will stop immediately as well as lightning and electricity will soon ignite.
Deon checked his phone, his cellphone battery was left only two percent. That meant that in a moment he could only rely on the lightning light coming into the window slit.
Five minutes later, the flash died and the room went dark.
"Sir!"
Deon pressed the power button a long time ago and it turns out his cellphone is really lowbat.
"The battery's out, Za."
"Yeahh .." lamented the woman.
"It's okay. Hopefully the power's on fast, yeah."
"Yes, sir. I hope so."
Izza couldn't possibly hug the man anymore. He could only pray at this time hoping that the electricity would soon turn on and the rain would quickly subside.
