We went to the hospital, I was worried about Alex. So all my hunch is right, something's gonna happen to Alex. I'm not ready to lose it, I don't feel my tears dripping down my cheeks.

"Honey, calm your heart! Alex must be okay, believe me baby!" Mama Rahma said to calm me, but in her heart she was also worried.

"I can't calm down Mah, I'm really scared if anything happens to Alex! I'm not ready to lose it."

"Stop this Alin! You must be sure that your husband will be safe and come back with us!" Mama Rahma's words rose because she heard my pessimistic words.

Moments later we reached the hospital, I asked Alex where he was with a bodyguard waiting for me outside the hospital.

"Where's Alex?" I asked a guard.

"Follow me Madam!" The bodyguard said, directly indicating the direction where Alex was.

I saw Adam pacing back and forth, worried about Alex's situation. Mama Rahma followed behind, I walked quickly to Adam. I was not aware of my pregnant stomach.

"Darling slow down your steps! Don't you realize you're pregnant!" Mama's orders while pulling my hand so I can slow down my steps.

I also realized with Mama Rahma's words, I slowed down my steps and approached Adam.

"Adam what about Alex?" Ask Adam.

"I don't know yet, Mas Alex is still in the operating room!"

"What's really going on?" I asked Adam.

"I don't know what happened, which I know Ari contacted all the bodyguards to help him. He said their car was being chased by criminals. After I heard that I went with the bodyguards, to petrify Mas Alex. But we're late, Mas Alex and Assistant Ari are unconscious!" Adam's story to me.

"Who are those who have dared to do this to Alex?"

"I don't know yet Mba! I haven't been able to investigate everything, now the most important thing is the safety of Mas Alex and Ari!"

I couldn't say anything, all I could do was wait for the news from the Doctor. The stomach hurts, the babies in my womb move actively, they can't stay still. Are they them and what I feel. I stroked my stomach, so that they would feel calm, and so I had to be calm.

After a while a nurse came out and approached us.

"Who is the Korba family named Mr Alex?"

Ask a nurse.

"We're sisters!" Answer Adam.

"We need a lot of blood transfusions, our blood supply is a bit with the blood type that Mr. Alex has. And all of it was used by Mr. Alex. But we still lack blood for Mr. Alex. Because Mr. Alex has lost a lot of blood."

"Take my sister's blood, my blood type is the same!" Adam said to the sisters.

"Okay sir please follow me!" Answer the nurse while leaving quickly.

Adam followed the nurse from behind. A few moments later, Mom and Dad came. They're worried about Alex. Mother was worried to see my situation too.

"Darling, you must be strong for the sake of your future children!" Say Mother to me to strengthen me.

I just stood there and sat in my chair, my mind drifting somewhere. I don't listen to people talking to me. I saw Adam coming toward us from a distance, after donating his blood to Alex. The surgery Alex had done for so long, from the operating room came out some nurses, brought someone who had just finished surgery, I thought he was Alex. But it turns out he is Ari, Ari was hurt very badly, I can not imagine how Alex is currently. Ari was taken to the ICU room, to monitor his recovery after surgery.

A few hours later several doctors and nurses came out of the operating room. One of the doctors came up to us and said.

"Mr and Madam let's follow me into the room, there's something I need to tell you Mr and Madam! Who of them is closest to Mr Alex?"

"I'm Doctor! My wife!" I answered the Doctor's question.

"Well then Madam can come with me!" Answer Doctor.

"Wait for the doctor can I come with my sister-in-law?" Ask Adam to the Doctor.

"of course! Let's follow me!"

"Adam Mama's coming?" Mama Rahma said to Adam.

"Not better Mama with Mommy and Dad here! Let Adam and Mba Alin talk to the doctor!" Adam said as he walked following the Doctor.

I followed the Doctor into his room, and Adam followed behind. I sat across from the doctor. The doctor began to explain everything.

"I hope you can be strong and patient, in the face of this calamity."

"What does the doctor mean?" Ask me, I'm starting to get scared.

"Your husband's current condition is very critical, we try with all the abilities we have. As a result of the accident, your husband had bleeding in his brain. If your husband is unconscious in the near future, there is a chance that your husband will fall into a coma or could also result in death."

"No! No Doctor! My husband won't go into a coma, and he won't die either! he'll come to his senses quickly. Because he promised me!" My words began to tremble in fear.

"Please calm yourself!" Adam said to me.

"Are you crazy Adam! You told me to calm down huh!" I shouted at Adam.

"Mrs relax! We can only pray that your husband can improve and get back with you!" Doctor told me.

"Can I meet my husband Doctor?" Ask the Doctor.

"You can see, now your husband is in the ICU." The doctor answered me.

I walked away from the Doctor and Adam, and I headed straight for the ICU. It turns out that outside the ICU room there are already Mama Rahma, Mommy and Dad. I rushed into the ICU, but a nurse forbade him to enter.

"Let me in! I want to see my husband!! I shouted at the nurse.

"Let me in or do you kick me in?" I no longer hold back my anger.

"Dear calm!" Mother said to me while holding both my arms.

"Take me off Bun! Alin wants to see Alex, he promised me the language he'd come back to me! But he lied to Bun, he lied to me!"

My tears can't be contained anymore, I can't hold everything.

"I can't afford to lose it! Why are you lying to me Alex? You didn't keep your promise to me?"

After the commotion I did finally came the Doctor who was talking to me. The doctor let me in, dressed to enter the ICU.

I approached Alex who was lying unconscious, with many tools attached to his body. In order to connect his life, my heart is not strong enough to hold everything. My heart hurts so much to see how it is. I screamed and cried.

"Why are you doing to me, huh! Not that you promised me you'd come back! Why are you lying to me Alex!! Have you forgotten all your promises to me! Come on get up Alex Wibowo!! I'm charging you all your debts to me! Get up Alex, let's get up, did you forget everything Alex?"

"Why don't you wake up? Does it mean nothing to you? Why Alex? Wh why? Come wake up baby, I need you and our future kids need you too? Why don't you wake up too? Look at me and listen to my voice this is Alex," huhuhuhuhu.

Aaaaaaaaaa my cry echoed in the room, a nurse approached me.

"Nyoya are you okay?" Ask the nurse.

"Beldom ... My stomach hurts so much! Aaaaaaaaa Alex my stomach hurts so much!" I was crying because my stomach hurt so much.

"Looks like the Madam's about to give birth?"

"No, it's not time yet!" Answer me with pain.

The nurse called his colleague to call the obstetrician. Moments later, an obstetrician came and examined me.

"This has to be an operation! Otherwise this will harm the baby and his mother!" Said the Obstetrician.

"Well my doctor will inform his family, and prepare the operating room!"

I was taken to the operating room, all my family was worried. They approved this operation, because they didn't want to lose it all. A nurse provides a file that must be signed before surgery. The father who signed the letter, with trembling hands. Dad thought back, about the accident that happened to Mba Nita. I finally entered the operating room, after Dad signed the operation approval letter.

Eventually both of my babies were born safely, but one of my babies had to be in an incubator, for a few months. I feel sad why everything happened to me. Alex, are you so willing to do this to me? I need you! I can't bear to see one of our kids in an incubator.

Weeks later, Alex's situation still hasn't signaled much change. Everything was still the same, he just closed his eyes and knew when he would wake up again. 'I hate you Alex, you lied to me! Everything you told me was all a lie!' I said in my heart.

"Darling you can't keep going like this! You must be strong for your children! Look at your son trying to stay alive, in the incubator. Don't you love your son and daughter?" Said Mother to me.

I don't know what I thought, why I didn't think about my own sons and daughters. I lost Alex so much that I forgot my son and daughter. A few moments later, Adam arrives and brings a laptop.

"Mba, Mba Alin should see and hear for himself, Vidio Mas Alex made before Mas Alex returned to Indonesia!" Adam handed me his laptop.

I opened the laptop, and saw there was a Vidio. I clicked on the Vidio, I saw Alex in it.

"Darling, how are you today? I hope you're okay."

"Why do I miss you so much! Although we just made a Vidio call, but it feels like it's lacking for me."

"Darling, I wish you could be even stronger! Remember what I told you? You must become stronger than you were before, because you are the wife of Alex Wibowo!"

"Honey, if anything happens to me later, I hope you can be strong enough to face it all, remember there are our children, who need your guidance!"

"And listen to my request for one more! I want you to replace me, take care of all the companies, which I've managed from zero until now. Because it's the right of you and our children."

"And you're Adam, I want you to manage all the companies, which our father has run for years!"

"Don't let Daddy's legacy just fall! Take good care of Mama, find a partner who loves you so much and Mama, I hope you take care of my wife and my children."

"Mom I love you so much, forgive me for not being able to make you happy."

"I love you so much Mama, I ask my wife and my children to take care of me, that's all I ask of you Mah."

"And to you my loyal assistant Ari, I command you to look after, protect and petrify my wife, in running my business!"

"I only believe in you, remember this Ari in my business, so many of my enemies! who can act so dirty, remember my orders are Ari!"

"Hahahha it seems like I'm talking too much, somehow I want to make Vidio like this, because it's not my style."

"Dear you remember my message! you must be strong for our children! And I will definitely keep my promise to you! You have to believe that! See you, my dear."

After hearing and seeing Vidio Alex, I immediately visited him in the ICU room. Doctors had predicted that Alex was in a coma, perhaps this coma could last, for a long period of time. I think even though Alex is in a coma, it doesn't rule out the possibility that she'll come back to her senses.

"Alex have you prepared everything for me, huh! So you made the Vidio."

"Hahaha I can't believe your governing nature still exists! Now listen to my decision Alex Wibowo!!"

"I'm Rosalina Sanjaya making a pact with you! Will take care of all your company, and take care of our two children."

"I'll wait for you baby, until you wake up from your old sleep."

"And I promise you, I'll find out who's behind your attack! Even if it takes years."

"Our daughter was born with a normal weight, while our son was having problems, he had to be in an incubator because his neck was twisting and premature. I'm so sad about our son."
