Arata ran quickly because he saw Lili fall unconscious, when he approached he saw fresh blood flowing to make Lili's clothes turn red.

"Hurry up and call an ambulance!" Shouted Arata

Maru immediately called out to the almbulance, Arata was so devastated that he could not protect Lili. Moments later the ambulance arrived, Lili was immediately taken to the hospital. Arata joined Lili in the ambulance.

On the way Arata cursed himself, if only he could arrive sooner maybe all this would not happen. When they arrived at the hospital, Lili was immediately taken to a room to be treated by a doctor.

Arata and Maru wait outside the ICU room, Arata can't calm himself down. She kept pacing back and forth because she was worried about the safety of Lili and the baby in her womb.

Arata saw a doctor come out of the room, he immediately approached the doctor. He asked what his wife was doing.

"Sir, forgive us for the critical condition of Adam's wife and baby. You have to choose between saving your wife or the baby in the womb!" the doctor told Arata.

Arata was stunned that he could not choose because both of them were so important to him. If she chooses her saved baby then she will lose the Lili she once loved. If she chooses Lili then she will lose her baby and for sure Lili will be very angry because of that choice.

The doctor asked again, because all the decisions are in Arata's hands. If the handler is not done quickly then both will be gone. Arata was still thinking about what he should do.

"Save my wife!" answer Arata briefly.

Lili felt something strange about her, she felt that something was missing inside her. She held her stomach, she was really surprised why her stomach had returned to how it was when she was not pregnant.

"Where's my baby? Tell me quickly! Where's my baby?" Lili screamed asking about the baby.

Arata tries to make Lili calm, she hugs Lili tightly so she doesn't move too much. Arata's tears could not be felt soaked his cheeks, he could not see Lili like this.

After finishing cleaning Lili, she put a towel on Lili and sat her on a small chair that was already available in the bathroom. After that Arata cleans himself.
