AUTHOR POV

This morning was so bright, the sound of birds chirping could be heard. The flowers in the garden look beautiful blooming. Tomorrow is Jack's wedding day, everyone is busy preparing for the event.

Valey looked cheerful this morning, a smile adorning her pretty face. He hummed a little as he went down the stairs to the ground floor for breakfast. At the dinner table there was no one there, it was all because everyone was busy except Valey, she never wanted to bother.

Valey ate her breakfast voraciously without caring around her. Until a cold and piercing sound interrupts.

"Hey you, spoiled princess. Come on, we're fighting again" said Kelvin, who suddenly succeeded in choking Valey.

"Uhukis... Uhuk... Water..." Whether out of pity or what Kelvin gave Valey a glass of water, Valey immediately took the glass and gulped it down.Valey breathed a sigh of relief, then stared intently at Kelvin."I don't want to fight you " said Valey ketus. He hated having to meet the polar man.

"Why? You scared?" asked Kelvin who raised his eyebrows. Valey snorted annoyed he did not want to continue to be underestimated by the polar man.

"Kd.. Always underestimating me.." Valey rolled her eyes "How about we hunt using the Arrow, who gets a lot of hunting he's the winner" Valey challenged.

"Alright, I accept your challenge" Kelvin said with a small smile and left.

"Argghh the basis of polar man! It sucks!" inner Valey.

"You sure you're gonna win?" ask Ruby.

"certain.. I have to defeat the polar man again" Valey said with a fierce spirit.

Valey continued her delayed breakfast until it was over, after which she was about to go to her room to change clothes . But his steps stopped as he passed through Jack's room, a sound of sobbing from there. The curious Valey peeked, apparently inside there was only Alyssa herself without Jack. Valey ventured to enter, she opened the door slowly and walked over to Alyssa. Valey squatted down to face Alyssa.

"What's up ?" ask Valey.

Alyssa flinched and wiped away her tears quickly.

"Ti-it's okay Val" said Alyssa, Valey scrunched her forehead and sat next to Alyssa, Valey embracing the girl.

"What's Jack making you cry?" asked Valey, she would scold her brother if it was proven Jack was making Alyssa cry.Alyssa shook her head "No, I'm just-" Alyssa wasn't sure to tell Valey.

"just?" Valey's getting curious.

"Have forgotten it" said Alyssa lirih. Valey smiled and hugged her sister's Mate."Don't be afraid I can keep a secret well, and I can help your problems" Valey said gently.

"I don't want Jack to know" said Alyssa, which made Valey wonder and get more confused.

"What can't Jack know?" ask Ruby.

"Come Ruby" replied Valey

"What if we just go to my room "take Valey, Alyssa nods and they walk to Valey's room. Valey and Alyssa sat on the edge of Valey's bed.

"Tell me I'm ready to hear" said Valey.

Alyssa also took her breath

"I'm actually Tristan's daughter. He is the Alpha of the Dark Moon Pack" and Valey freezes upon hearing that Alyssa is part of Dark Moon, but Valey chooses to be quiet for Alyssa to finish her speech.

"Now Dark Moon is led by my brother Raven Delaney Harish he is as cruel, evil and cunning as my father" Alyssa continued. Valey wanted to know more and more about it."bending my father's roots to my older brother, she wanted to destroy the Golden Red Eclipse Pack in revenge for the death of our Grandma Melyn Andrella Harish, "Valey cut Alyssa's words

"Merlyn was killed by Daddy for hurting Mom and Killing Mom's parents" Valey said, nodding

"Yes, that's my grandmother.I and my brother Andrian Deandra opposed Raven's sister, she was blinded by revenge and so was our mother she also strongly opposed Raven's sister," Alyssa shed her tears.Valey breathed a sigh of relief because it turned out Alyssa was good. At least Alyssa wasn't part of Dark Moon.

"Me, Brother Dean and Mom were kicked out of the Dark Moon pack by my brother. We lived in the forest near the beach until one day our mother died of illness. Now my brother lives with Mom Ali and Dad Gerard that we saved" Alyssa said. As Valey froze, her tears dripped.

"Mommy Ali and Dad Gerard.. You know her full name Alyssa?" ask Valey.

"I'm sorry I don't know, they just told me their call" Alyssa said, puzzling over why Valey was crying. "Later I will take you to meet them" said Alyssa

"Thank you, Alyssa" said Valey, glad she knew who Mom Ali and Dad Gerard were. Valey hugged Alyssa tightly .

"I promise I won't tell Jack" said Valey

"Thank you Val" said Alyssa.

"I hope you tell Jack before he finds out from anyone else. I will definitely help you explain everything Alyssa" Valey said

"Thank you Val you're so good" Alyssa said sincerely.

VALEY SIDE

Valey came down, she seemed happy to know that Mom and Dad were alive . Valey carried an arrow and a dagger in her pocket just in case. From a distance Kelvin stood his back to Valey, but he suddenly turned and looked at Valey coldly.

"Kd.. You've been a long time" Kelvin said, then he walked first.

Valey also broke away from Kelvin he was looking for the target of his prey, currently he was stalking a deer, Valey was ready to target the Deer but when he was about to jump the arrow, Valey was ready to target the Deer, he saw that the deer he was going to shoot had two children. Valey held her arrows and chose not to make the deer her prey."I know what it's like to lose a parent" Valey said.

"This is what I like about you Val you're so good at" Ruby praised. However, Valey turned back when she saw Kelvin who turned out to be stalking the same Deer will slide his arrow. Valey runs towards the deer, making the mother deer and her son run and-

The arrow stuck into Valey's left leg, her body instantly collapsing to the ground.  Valey squealed stifled, the pain immediately whack his leg.Kelvin ran towards Valey, he looked so worried .

"Wait a minute" Kelvin said, and he went somewhere, and Valey bit her lower lip with pain.

"Sickness, Ruby. " cried Valey through mindlink.

"Yes, I know" Ruby said

"The polar man was not his help was lost" Valey looked upset but immediately his frustration disappeared because the figure of the polar man means Kelvin came hastily carrying leaves , ' he said , more precisely a medicinal plant may.Kelvin tore the shirt he used.

"You bite this" ordered Kelvin, Valey said.

"Hold it will hurt, you claw my shoulder if it hurts" Kelvin said, nodding Valey. Kelvin began to pull out the arrow that stuck in Valey's leg. Valey shed tears in pain she gripped Kelvin's shoulder .

"Akh. "strangled Valey restrained. Finally the arrow was released, Kelvin put the foliage he brought earlier after he paused first at the feet of Valey, then kelvin wrapped his shirt around the feet of Valey.

"I'm sorry." said Kelvin quietly but could be heard by Valey.

"You heard it was Valey, she's sorry" Ruby said through mindlink.

"I didn't expect him to do this, I thought he was going to leave me" said Valey, her heart slightly warmed.

"Let's just go home" said Kelvin, not as usual Kelvin's tone seemed ordinary (no longer as cold as before) . Valey nodded.

"Please help me stand up" Valey said.

"Of course you can walk, let me just carry it" Kelvin said.

"I cannot be weak... Later she will continue to label me as a spoiled princess" Valey's inner self.

"I know you want Val to carry her, but your ego is too big" Ruby said.

"I must be strong, I must not look weak in front of him" Valey said.

"No need for me to be alone" Valey said.

"Alright" said Kelvin relented, he helped Valey stand up . But just as Valey was about to step on her feet not holding back any longer, Valey closed her eyes resignedly because she would definitely fall to the ground. But he never fell, Valey opened her eyes and was surprised because her body was held back by Kelvin.

"I told you to just carry it. This time there is no need to argue" said Kelvin, Valey resigned. Kelvin holds Valey's body in Bridal Style.  Valey's heart skipped a beat because it was so close to Kelvin.

"You don't want to hold on ?" kelvin said, "if you fall I won't take responsibility" and Valey held her hand around Kelvin's neck. The smell of Kelvin's body gushed into Valey's drunkenness because of her mate's scent.

"Oh Moon Goddess if I can stop time, I will stop it right now" Inner Valey.

"Let her be like this a long time ago" Ruby said.

As Valey's heart rate accelerated until she could hear her own heartbeat, Valey closed her eyes breathing deeply into the scent of her mate.  This is a rare moment in his life.

"val.. Her heart is also racing like ours" Ruby said through mindlink.

"Ep... Yeah, Ruby, is she starting to accept us?" Valey.

"Hopefully" replied Ruby.

Not feeling they had reached the palace, the palace residents were surprised to see Valey carried by Kelvin with injured legs.

"What's this?" ask Jack to worry.

"The story is long, please call the doctor first" said Kelvin, Valey snapped as well as the others.

"Since when did he care about me" Valey's inner heart warmed up, she's very happy now.

Kelvin immediately brought Valey into Valey's room of course. He laid Valey's body on the bed. Kelvin rubbed Valey's head gently after which he passed.

Valey couldn't help her smile anymore, she smiled broadly .

"The polar man is now getting warm" Ruby said

"I hope he's always been that way with us Ruby" Valey said expectantly.
