Dor's!
Prangs!
Brak!
The sound of gunfire that barked loudly followed by broken glass and a loud impact made Freya surprised.
He looked up and looked around. There was a fierce fight. The people who seem to be taken in by Yoga are trying to cripple the criminals who have kidnapped him. Some of them brandished guns and opened fire.
“Come, find shelter,” said Yoga while calling Freya awake.
Freya followed the word Yoga without much question. He knew himself or Yoga could have been a victim of bullets if not immediately away from the place.
Six armed men immediately surrounded Freya and Yoga as shields. They follow step by step as Yoga leads Freya to safety.
For now Yoga has not been able to take Freya away. The criminals are not easily defeated. Their numbers are quite a lot. If it was not for him who recklessly crashed his car through the gate and bulldozed anyone who blocked, not necessarily he could arrive on time.
Yoga took Freya to shelter near a pile of iron drums that almost touched the ceiling. Six of his guards remained on guard in front of them. All of them were wearing bulletproof vests, protective helmets, and long-barreled weapons; not letting anyone near.
Freya distanced herself from the embrace of Yoga. His fear has diminished a little. He ventured to look up and observe the state of the place that resembled the storage warehouse.
Chaos still exists around them. The sound of gunfire and fights was heard increasingly fierce, occasionally accompanied by screams of pain and swearing full of anger.
“Where did you know I was here?” whispers .
“Tommy Antasena who gave this location to me,” replied Yoga. He owes his life to Tommy. If not for the man giving a note of this location, he did not dare to imagine what would happen to Freya.
“Tommy?” Freya repeated the name mentioned by Yoga with a little disbelief. It seemed a little impossible that the man was kind and gave the location where he would be held to Yoga for free.
“You're sure he's not setting up something more dangerous?” ask Freya.
Yoga is weak. He is also a little suspicious, but reality proves that Tommy Antasena is intent on helping him save Freya. He had no idea what the man's true purpose was to help him, but he would definitely take the time to thank and compensate accordingly.
Brak!
Someone crashed and hit a wall near Freya. The man fell and slumped to the floor. His face was battered. There were gunshot wounds to his arm and thigh. Blood flowed from the two small holes.
“Do not see.” Yoga pulled Freya's head and pressed her against her chest. Let's just say he's selfish, but he doesn't want this closeness to pass quickly. Just let those people kill each other, he doesn't care, the important thing is that Freya is safe in his arms.
Among all the chaos and commotion that ensued, no one was aware of the presence of Pramudya and Bayu who were following behind him. The two guards who were outside were easily overcome by the bodyguards who came with Pramudya.
With a gesture from Pramudya, the two special forces companies brought by him immediately moved forward and helped the people of Pratama Yoga.
Under these conditions, he must suppress his ego and work together with Yoga to protect Freya.
“Pram, you're not there?” reprimand Bayu when he realized the direction of his best friend's gaze. He and Pram have come to this place as fast as they can, but still remain one step behind Yoga Pratama.
At the same time, he wanted to barge in and beat up Yoga Pratama, beat him to the point of being paralyzed so as not to approach Freya again, but he also wanted to kneel down and thank the man for coming faster than himself. If it wasn't for Yoga Pratama, it would somehow be Freya's fate.
Pramudya clenched his hands tightly and held his breath for a few seconds. Don't let her emotions explode and make her lose control.
“Where is Carissa?” tanyanya turned around and walked quickly away from the place.
“Pram?!” The bewildered Bayu stood for two seconds before running and chasing his best friend.
“Why go? You don't want to come in and take your wife home? He could have misunderstood and thought you weren't coming!” cecar Bayu, do not understand the attitude of Pramudya.
“Where is Carissa?” Pramudya repeated the question. There was a blazing flame within his pair of dark eyes. He swore he would not let go of the woman easily.
“Our people have taken him to the place you ordered,” Bayu replied despite still not understanding what his best friend was thinking.
“Bring his captured messengers there as well.”Pramudya walked with long steps approaching the car he had parked carelessly in an empty courtyard.
“But, your wife—“
“At most half an hour. Not more. You know the consequences.” After saying that sentence, Pramudya got into his car and slammed the door hard. He stepped on the gas pedal deeply, leaving the sound of tires squeaking as his car left the place.
Bayu stared at Pramudya's departure with murky facial water. As they suspected, Carissa was the mastermind of the kidnapping this time.
Carissa was on her way to this place when the special forces confronted her halfway and took her away just like the way her men kidnapped Freya.
Bayu could understand Pramudya's anger, but could not guess what the man's next plan was. Why did his best friend leave his wife alone with Yoga Pratama and just leave?
Suddenly a pair of Bayu eyes broke. Don't tell me ... No, should he hurry up and prevent his best friend's intentions? He knows what Pramudya can be cruel if he takes revenge. But Carissa's actions were also out of bounds. He could not just defend the woman.
Inside the warehouse, Yoga realized the sounds of fighting had finally stopped. There were no more gunshots or punches and kicks that made the bones ache. He held Freya down to stay down and take cover. He stood up carefully to check the situation.
“Where are those people?” ask her to the bodyguard who stands closest to her.
The guard pointed towards the entrance. More than two dozen troops dressed all in black were helping their comrades finish off the remaining criminals. The troops then dragged the bodies of the kidnappers who had half lost consciousness out of the place.
Yoga observes, from the clothes and the completeness of the weapons they wear, it is clear that the black-clothed troops have abilities above his men, but no one attacks him or his men. Those people just took the criminals away without saying anything.
Yoga guessed inwardly, most likely it was the men of Pramudya Antasena, but he had no intention of saying it to Freya. He wanted to be selfish again.
