Chapter 5 season 2

Alex, David and Roy are in a car. The three of them plan to visit Alex's company located in Bandung. It was David and Roy who helped Alex manage the company.

Because the Jakarta-Bandung trip takes approximately three hours, Roy and David take the car alternately. Because every visit to Alex's company they never bring a driver. 

David nudges Roy's arm hinting to see Alex from the rearview mirror. Throughout the journey Alex did not talk much as usual. Though if the business affairs in Bandung Alex is the most passionate. But this time it was different. The man was more silent and looked out the window blankly. As if I was thinking something heavy.

“Alex what are you thinking?” ask Roy who is driving the car.

“No.” the answer is short.

“Do you no longer think of us as friends?” david, who was sitting next to Roy, stared at the back seat where Alex was sitting.

Alex took a deep breath and then exhaled slowly. Look at his two friends in turn. Consider whether he should tell the problem know not with his two best friends.

“What does it have to do with Seira?” chirps Roy. 

Alex is silent. He was still worried about his mind. He even closed his eyes for a while before he finally confirmed Roy's words by nodding his head without making a sound.

“What happened? Were you rejected by your sister? If you're rejected means I have a chance.” After saying that Roy laughed without seeing Alex's gaze as if he wanted to kill him.

“Roy.” David's speech stopped Roy's laughter. The man gulped down the saliva violently finding Alex staring at him with a sharp and frightening look.

“Do you want to die young if yes then I will gladly grant it.” 

“I'm just kidding, man. I'm sorry.” said Roy sincerely. I don't know why Alex would be so sensitive if it was about Seira.

Last night Seira told all family members that the girl would continue her S1 education abroad. Despite being banned by all the Seira family, he remained steadfast in his desire to take up college in Paris, France. He will major in designer like his dream who wants to become a designer baby clothes.

Alex is not willing to be away from the people he loves in silence. Love that only he feels. And it had been years that Seira filled the entire space in his heart. And there was not the slightest gap for the other girl to enter. Even Alana who is a campus prima donna and idolized by almost all men rejected by Alex.

“What do you think, tell me.” said David.

David and Roy find out that his best friend loves his foster sister. Alex has been the protector of the girl. Even Alex did not hesitate to reply to the person who made Seira shed tears.

“He will continue his studies abroad.”

“Then?” chirps Roy.

“You're not so stupid as a person. So no girl is interested in a relationship with you.” David becomes upset with Roy's brain being a little slow in thinking.

“What are you worried about?” ask David.

“What if she's pregnant?” 

“Pregnant?” Roy and David said simultaneously then looked at each other.

“Just put him in the girls' dorm. And put the bodyguard secretly to take care of him.” David's suggestion gave Alex an idea how to keep the girl from afar.

“Then?” this time David was a little slow to think.

“What do-do you guys already..” Roy paused his speech staring at Alex who was sitting in the back seat.

Long enough Alex shut his mouth before finally saying “Yes we have done it. Not even once but many times on that night.”

“What?” Roy and David are shocked to hear Alex's honesty. Even David stepped on the brake suddenly because he was too surprised. Alex and Roy bounce off the front.

“You can drive no. You want to make us die with this one of yours. Moreover, stopping in the middle of the road like this.” grumbled Roy who heard so many horns both from car and motorcycle riders who were upset by the dangerous actions done by David. Roy even opened a little window glass to apologize to the other riders.

“Sorry.” David re-applied their car.

“How can you do that? Or maybe you have been in a relationship secretly.” latest David who is still focused on the wheel.

“No.”then Alex told me what happened between her and Seira. How could they have done something they shouldn't have done that night.

“Then why are you not responsible, for example marrying Seira.” said David.

“Seira reject.”

“Reason?” ask David. The curious how a handsome and idolized Alex many women are rejected by a girl.

“Entah.” Alex himself did not ask more clearly why Seira refused if he told their parents about the incident that night.

“Then why didn't you ask Seira?” the headband was quite the answer to Roy's question just now.

“Too much hanging out with Roy makes you a fool.” David becomes upset when the Alex he knows is smart in so many ways so stupid in love matters.

“What do you mean?” ask Alex.

“That means you should ask Seira why she doesn't want you to take responsibility for what you've done together.” That answer comes from Roy not Alex.

“That stupid Roy knows.” David shook his head looking at Alex's face which was so clearly thinking out loud.

And throughout the rest of the journey Roy and David let Alex think in silence. It was enough that he gave the idea as an input to the relationship of the two. Let it next be Alex's business with his family.

The three of them were in Bandung for two days. And during these two days Alex, David and Roy were so busy dealing with the problems. Where the raw materials they usually order no longer want to support them anymore.

Until finally they have to work hard to find suppliers whose material quality is better or at least the same as before.

While in Jakarta precisely in a room a girl was coiled under a blanket staring at a man who became a picture on his cellphone screen. Since Alex went to Bandung Seira felt something was missing in his life. Then how will it be when he is studying abroad. Is she far from her brother ? Or can he see one day Alex find his life partner and marry another woman…

Seira stroked gently her flat stomach. I hope what he's worried about doesn't happen. He doesn't want to have Alex by force. Let him choose the woman he loves. Simply seeing her brother happy would probably make her happy as well.

“Kakak I miss.”
