Shanum followed Rangga's steps around the mansion park to just greet the invited guests.
Looking from a distance Hardy waved towards Shanum and Rangga to get closer to his table.
Seen as some middle-aged men were engaged in light talk, they looked overjoyed with fluffy smiles as they exchanged stories.
Only one face that a little smile he showed, even that was just a wry smile.
Daren, Darmawan's son who was forced to join his father's partner, could only hear a story that he thought could not comfort his broken-headed heart.
Because of the request of the father who asked him to stay for a while longer at the party.
Daren only looked down languidly, his lips tightly closed with a blank look towards the plate before him.
His heart now felt hollow, there was no hope for him to have Shanum.
The girl who had stolen his heart since he first met a few days ago.
If we had met first, you might already be mine by now.
Daren.
Daren's date is now fixed on a pair of brides who are walking towards his table.
Shanum with a sweet smile walked over to Hardy's father who was still coolly chatting with his old friends.
With Shanum calmly sitting next to Daren who happened to be empty, Rangga could only glance sharply at Daren and then sit next to Shanum.
For some reason now the heartbeat of Daren is so tight to see Shanum with a sweet smile that continues to expand.
Occasionally a small nod as Hardy's colleague said his name.
Rangga only a few times said the greeting of his father-in-law, the rest he was only as a loyal listener and listened with eyes that occasionally looked towards Daren, he said, as if not wanting to be cheated because Shanum is next to his rival.
"Sir Daren is sick?"shanum asked slowly to the man next to him.
Daren shook his head slowly.
The plate with food that still looks intact even his face looks lethargic.
"Then why not eat?, what cuisine does not suit the taste of big brother" asked Shanum again.
"Ehm not Sha, I'm full" a short sentence finally came out of Daren's mouth.
"Ohh".
Shanum was only oh ria, yet occasionally still glanced at the dashing man beside him.
Don't look at me like that, Sha, it's really torturing me.
Inner Daren.
Daren could not see Shanum's sweet smile which now belonged to another man.
Likewise, Rangga was still with a wry smile because Shanum was still friendly to Daren, the man who was about to propose to him this morning.
Rangga's jaws several times bloated hard, the atmosphere was now sultry.
Hardy, who saw the bad news on the son-in-law, finally ordered Shanum to greet other guests to leave the hot table immediately.
Rangga was able to breathe a sigh of relief after Shanum took him to take a break to relax his legs.
Rangga attentively led Shanum who looked troubled due to the heavy wedding dress.
"Hufff" Rangga threw his body on the big bed in the room.
His whole body felt stiff, all day he stood up to numb his two calves.
His gaze was fixed on Shanum who was grimacing with his hands twitching his feet.
Slowly Rangga bowed his body and grabbed Shanum's leg and placed it on his thigh.
Shanum was stunned but only for a moment because now a smile rose from his sweet lips as Rangga gently scowled his two calves gently.
Shanum nodded quickly.
"Ehm, I see you seem close to the young auditor?"continued Rangga with a sharp gaze looking at the wife.
Shanum pensively for a moment.
"Oh, brother Daren.."
"Sister???"shanum's sentence was cut when Rangga with a look of surprise tend to cynically ask about the name 'sister' that Shanum pinned on Daren.
"I just met him a few days ago, when Hardy's father asked me to dinner" Shanum asked casually, not realising that Rangga's face had turned cold.
"Just met but you guys have looked close" asked Rangga cynically.
Shanum looked at Rangga with question marks, why the hue of the husband's face became cynical and cold.
"We are not close, only I feel that Brother Daren is friendly to anyone.
His chest was pounding as Rangga looked at him sharply.
"Ehm hmm" Rangga shifted his body until now his position was lined with Shanum.
"Maybe I should explain right now, so that you're no longer so friendly with that flirtatious guy".
Rangga's words suddenly made Shanum link his eyebrows together because he was confused.
How could her husband call Daren flirtatious, Shanum thought.
"How can you call it flirtatious darling" Shanum protested.
Now the hotter Rangga's chest because Shanum turned out to defend Daren.
"Do you know, dear wife heum?" Rangga pinched Shanum's cheek in a fit of anxiety.
"The man named Daren, a young auditor the only son of Mr. Darmawan, this morning intended to propose to the daughter of Mr. Hardy Wijaya, who is none other than my own wife".
Shanum looked at Rangga not understanding.
Rangga turned to look at Shanum intensely.
"His innocent wife doesn't understand heum yet?".
Rangga further eroded the distance of his face to make Shanum back his head.
"Can you tell me clearly, so as not to make my head dizzy" Shanum asked plainly.
Rangga let out a long breath.
"So morning I went with Hardy's dad".
Shanum nodded slowly.
"And we met Mr. Darmawan with his son who intended to 'apply to you', without knowing if you were actually married".
Rangga somewhat pressed the word 'applying' on his sentence.
Shanum looked at Rangga intensely, yet he saw honesty there.
"True" Shanum now really feels guilty, now he understands what the cold gaze of Rangga on Daren means.
Rangga looked at Shanum sharply.
"After you find out what you're gonna do, to her?" ask Rangga cynically.
"A I will no longer be in contact with him" shanum said for sure.
But Rangga was staring at him intensely.
"You don't have to take away from it let alone avoid it, just don't get too close, because I know in the future you will definitely be interconnected, because our work must remain professional" said Rangga sage.
Shanum smiled and hugged Rangga, really had a husband who was so understanding, and always mature in dealing with every problem made Shanum more amazed.
"I will always remember your message dear, thank you for always understanding me" said Shanum Lirih in the chest of Rangga field.
Gently Rangga rubbed Shanum's back.
If you had known, my whole life would have been for you and the one I asked for, never turn away from me.
