Touma opened the left side of the bunker that had been used as storage for the funeral of the deceased. Many parents and women who gave birth died and were buried there. Research in the health sector is focused on tackling this.

He also developed anti-radiation clothing so that survivors who came out were not exposed to the effects of radiation and brought it back to the bunker. In addition to vehicles, Kureha also developed weapons to guard if there are enemies or anything that threatens the bunker where they live.

Five years later, Haga's deteriorating health is asked by Toshio and the others to move into her copy body to stay alive. The operation was done and it worked. The aged Kureha, bequeathed everything to one of her assistants named Sano. From now on Sano is the chairman under the direction of Kureha. The fire outside had already started to partially disappear, to keep watch, Toshio and the others decided to go out for another year. Sano is constantly monitoring from satellites what is happening on the surface.

One day, Sano runs into Toshio and the others. Incidentally, Toshio, Kyoko, Sho, Suzu, Mio, Ryuji, Touma, Yukine and Irene were inside the meeting room.

Everything that was there was dark and terrifying.

Toshio and Kyoko leave with other survivors using vehicles that have been prepared, they do not fly because they are afraid of being detected by the enemy.

In addition to them, the survivors also spread throughout Japan led by Mio and Ryuji, some of them led by Touma and Yukine.  They move together. After all the exits, Irene strengthened the defenses inside the bunker and made barricades at the two entrances. Melech and Haga help Irene in the bunker. Sano, who is assisted by Haruka, keeps an eye on the enemy's movements and is ready to announce that there is the slightest movement.

The journey of the survivors opens a new era after the apocalypse.
