Meadows
Goodbye Friend

The twilight was dim, orange and blue fused like a beautiful painting, The wind blew the leaves making some fall on the ground... Ayatha just stood still, her eyes staring blankly, by her side tears flowing, several times she wiped them, but still her tears could not stop.

Already a week, Yosa was lying in her final resting place, Ayatha actually hated this place so much, a place that was very familiar to her even when she was a child. He hated his gloomy and sad atmosphere, yet somehow throughout his life he had to keep coming back to this place, watching how the people he cared about left him.

"Ayatha.." scolded the Aunt to Ayatha, Ayatha flipped her body to see her mother Yosa standing behind her. Yosa's mother looked thinner, Yosa was the only child surely Aunt was very depressed at losing the child she was most proud of.

"Auntie?" Said Ayatha wiping away the hard tears on her cheeks. His cheeks looked flushed.

" He wants you to have it" the aunt told Ayatha handing over a red box to Ayatha, which looked like a jewelry box.

" What is this bi?" Ayatha asked confusedly.

" That's it, "The aunt said to Ayatha.

" How could Yosa have been like this?, as far as I'm concerned she was always healthy, although she rarely met him, but...... she always smiled, I never thought she had such a severe illness" said Ayatha

" You know how Yosa is, don't you? she was always smiling, even in her last seconds she was smiling, "said Mother Yosa her tears came down, flowing down to the corners of her lips, her swollen eyes radiating deep sadness.

" Yes I know, I miss her spirit, miss her behavior, the feisty girl, " said Ayatha smiling in memory of her, but tears came back.

" right...Ayatha, take care of yourself, auntie must go home" Yosa's mother said again

Ayatha fell silent, the aunt left Ayatha alone. Ayatha opened the box, a white necklace with beautiful aquamarine crystals hanging, shining under the dim light.

Now there is only the Ayatha itself facing the cemetery which is still wet, white lilies adorn the navel of Yosa. Ayatha stroked the newly-attached tombstone, Yosa's face adorned the gravestone, she was still as Ayatha remembered, in her photo smiling very cheerfully, this girl is beautiful why did she have to leave so quickly?

Ayatha tears flowed again, she however she tried to keep smiling...

" Yosa... Are you happy there now?" ask Ayatha

Silence.just a gust of wind sounded strong.

" Why did you leave me here so soon... Why did you leave me too?" Ayatha lirih

Ayatha wiped back her tears...

Yosa, the cute, intelligent and always spirited girl has left her, Yosa the only friend of Ayatha, maybe even the only person she has. Ayatha was just a quiet orphan and Yosa was the only child who wanted to befriend her when the children all insulted her.

" I'm sorry.I'm sorry.you're always there when I need you.but even at your last moment.I'm not there, " said ayatha.

The wind continued to blow as fast as possible, bringing the black clouds closer, adding to the gloomy atmosphere.

" Remain... I will take care of what you give me.Pardon me" said Ayatha wiping away her tears, slowly leaving Yosa's pusara at the side of the raindrops that began to hit the ground.
