Eps. 58 'Me2Yu': Oddity

The Metic Vespa motorbike is cruising in this Rainy City. Of course it's not raining today, but it's quite soothing. They walk with happy feelings for each other. Surrounded by cool trees and tea gardens. They've reached Hanna's house. But, it looks like his parents' car hasn't come yet.

"Your parents' car looks like it's stuck" Fauzi said. Fauzi put down his helmet.

"Dad, the car isn't there yet" Hanna said as she opened her helmet. "Judah, let's go in first."

It has been a long time since we entered this house again. Back in high school, this house was always used as our headquarters to play with others. Feels weird. Pretending nothing happened in front of Hanna.

"Assalamu'alaikum's chat..." There's no answer. Hanna tried to open the door. "Not in the key."

"Maybe bi Onah. Bi Onah will take care of this house while I am in Jakarta," explained Hanna. Fauzi is also.

Hanna and Fauzi stepped foot into the house. "I'll get a drink first."

"I help you" said Fauzi. Hanna smiled.

We were in the kitchen preparing drinking water. It's a long enough trip to get here. While we were drinking, Bi Onah came out the door.

"Eh Non Hanna has arrived..." The aunt's face looked happy to see her employer back wrapped in worry. Hanna and Fauzi shake hands. "Auntie seneng, see Non Hanna is healthy again."

Hanna laughed too but it felt weird to see her. Hanna remembered Fauzi. Because the Fauzan he knew wouldn't behave like this. The joke must be different.

"Auntie wants to cook first, prepare dinner for later."

"Dad, Bi. That's why Hanna went to the room first."

"Let's bring the snacks upstairs."

Fauzi smile. "Here, let me take it." Fauzi took it and put it on Hanna's wrist. "Pretty. I think you're." Fauzi pinched Hanna's cheek.

As soon as Hanna felt made weird again, by the words she said. "Sick, Uzan."

"Hahaa iyah. You're gemesin," Fauzi's kekeh. Hanna softly pursed her lips. "Here baby..." Fauzi pulls Hanna in his arms.
