51. Fevers

A few months passed after a checkmate by Bram that he was jealous of his past. Reyna is still not sure of her feelings for the man even though she does not deny he is happy whenever Bram looks comfortable with God.

He secretly submitted a residential KPR application to his company which turned out to take several months for the financial selection process.

This afternoon Reyna was driven to the HR room to ask permission to go home early when her caregiver sent a message that the condition of the God of fever was quite high. The god looks weak when he meets at home, his smile only occasionally but Reyna has not decided to take him to a health clinic.

At night the fever has not disappeared even though it has been given a heat reducer several times. Aunt Linda and Bram didn't know about it because they came home late enough and Reyna was already asleep in the room.

At midnight Reyna woke up to change the water compress, she began to worry because the fever did not shift a degree.

Reyna decided to stay up in the living room when God started whining because he was uncomfortable with his body. Reyna sat down and loosened the sling and gave her ASI hope the fever would go away the next day. Sleepiness began to attack her, Reyna leaned her nape to close her eyes for a moment.

Early in the day Bram wakes up to the call of nature dragging his steps into the bathroom. His sticky eyes instantly squinted when he saw the middle room light on.

The god fell asleep in Reyna's arms with her mouth still attached to Reyna's chest. Long Bram stared at the beautiful scenery in front of him, Reyna's chest was so tempting especially for her who was a widower for so long.

His perverted brain came to a halt when the God suddenly whined in Reyna's sling and woke the woman up. Reyna flinched when she realized Bram was standing behind her and hurriedly linked the buttons on her shirt.

"I'm sorry, I accidentally saw. Um why are you sleeping here?" ask Bram

"God has Mas fever" Reyna replied restlessly

Bram stretched out the back of his hand against the forehead of the God

"Since when?"

"Last noon.."

"Ahh Reyna why don't you take her to the doctor"

"Usually fever also goes down Mas.."

"Replace your clothes to the IGD now, I'll take the car keys first"

Reyna carried the God in a panic, arriving at IGD Dewa was a waste of water quite badly. Her tears trickled as her little whiz screamed as the intravenous needle pierced through her veins.

Before long the three of them had occupied one of the VIP rooms, Reyna was still crying looking at the weakly lying God.

"You must be strong Rey, pity God" Bram hugged the woman's shoulder and unexpectedly Reyna burst into his arms and soaked her shirt with tears.

"If I may ask for the pain of God I am all responsible.. "

"Are you sure you don't want to share the pain with me?" Bram stroked his back gently

Three days after Reyna's absence from work. Bram routinely sees the Gods in the morning and even sleeps in the hospital at night under the pretext of alternating keeping the Gods at night.

Like this morning Bram came back

"The good-for-nothing"." he said by kissing the cheek of God with anxiety, he carried the God out of the room while Reyna took a bath.

The god laughed happily in Bram's arms, the two of them sat on a long bench in front of a large window looking at the crowd of the road.

"Why, are you distracted I'm sleeping here?"

"Ahh not so..I've been bothering you for a few days. Poor Mas Bram all day work and the night is still waiting for God"

"Reyna, I'm doing this for God. You don't have to worry" Bram got up from his seat and tidied up his work shirt "I'm leaving ya"

A crowd of apprentice nurses whispered as Bram sauntered in front of them.

"Handsome but dear stingy smile. "one's voice sounded in both ears.

Reyna held back a laugh and pinched Bram's arm

"You're talking about it.. "

"Belvin.. "

"Smile gih, let the maximum handsome" Reyna teased

"Later you get jealous if I have a lot of crush" Bram glanced at Reyna who was shamed

That night Bram came with Linda. Bram took a bath before inviting the gods to play, the little boy was able to laugh and move actively again.

"Sorry Reyna, aunty just had a look at God. Three days aunty out of town and just this afternoon came"

"No problem aunt, it looks like tomorrow God can go home. Just waiting for the results of the laboratory check and visit the pediatrician"

Soon Linda came home because she did not want to disturb the God who had fallen asleep.

Bram approached Reyna who was watching television and threw her body onto the sofa

"Eh, is Bram going to sleep?" Reyna was about to stand giving room on the sofa for where Bram slept .

His hand was restrained and Bram slipped an envelope into it.

"There's a deposit from finance"

Reyna opened the envelope and dared not speak

"If you're not comfortable at home because of my existence let me get out of the house" Bram spoke slowly but with great emphasis

The man stood up taking the bed cover from the edge of the sofa, stretching it to the floor and laying his body with both hands folded behind his head

"You sleep on the couch, the God's people are limited when you sleep together, he's active again" he continued and closed his eyes

Reyna bit her lower lip, she looked at the face of the man who looked very disappointed. Reyna was sitting down next to Bram.

"Mas Bram angry?" tanyanya while shaking her arms

The eyes were open, changing sideways with the head resting on one arm.

"What's your reason for staying away from me, Rey?"

"That's not it, God is big he needs.."

"Honest answer!"

Reyna's down

"I just need some space to make sure I feel. Don't ask about God, it's obvious he needs you. But me??" answer is lirih

"OK.I don't mind, I hope I get good news with the distance and time. It doesn't matter where I come from, I can still see the God at any time" the man then sleeps on his back
