Mr. Makripudin poured water first into a pile of wood that was still burning before he stepped into the field. In the cottage next door, Johani also seemed to be getting ready with a sickle and a small hoe in his hand, as well as a kettle filled with drinking water. Seeing Johani who was like a difficulty with the tools he brought, Pak Makripudin returned and approached Johani.
"Let me carry the hoe, ma'am. Let me make the ditch. Bu Johani just clean the grass on the sidelines of corn plants," said Mr. Makripudin. The kettles and hoes in Johani's hands were then taken away.
Prok! prok!prok!
I heard applause from the side. Mr. Makripudin and Johani simultaneously turned their heads. The two were shocked when they saw Adinullah suddenly standing about three meters from where they were standing. Wearing a red robe and a thick turban that filled his head, he smiled as he stepped authoritatively towards the two. Adinullah watched the two for a while. He smiled cynically.
"This is what Master Alamsyah Hasbi taught his followers? Justjust wonderful. One of his confidants was both in a quiet place with a woman who was still married. It's amazing" Adinullah said as he clapped his hands again. Mr. Makripudin stared fixedly at Adinullah. He was slightly offended by Adinullah's words.
"Don't just talk, Mr. Adin. What you see is not what you have in mind" Mr. Makripudin said. Adinullah smiled.
"How can I just speak, Mr. Makripudin. Not only me, the one who sees you two like this in a desolate place, will definitely think the same as me." Adinullah is getting closer to both. He looked at Johani. He smiled and shook his head.
"Hina woman. Not knowing yourself. When the husband is not there, you use to call other men" Adinullah said. Johani stared at Adinullah sharply.
"Enough, Adinullah. You have no right to say that to me anymore. Didn't you divorce me? Your talaq fell when I didn't follow your wishes. You certainly still remember your words the other day," said Johani fiercely. Adinullah smiled like a scorn.
"That's what you think, Johani. There is no talaq for me. I am free to do anything because I am a chosen human being. I am a human being who has been given freedom after the suffering of the mujahadah that I have been doing all this time." Adinullah lifted the collar of his robe.
"But even if you think my talaq has fallen and we are officially divorced, no one can seduce you until the mass of your iddah is over. Doesn't it say in your religious teachings that way?" adinullah. Mr. Makripudin scrunched his forehead.
"Our religious teachings? Are you out of Islam, Mr Adin?" ask Mr. Makripudin. Adinullah smiled.
" Makripudin certainly knew that the cleric was the heir of the Prophets. I gave Mr. Makripudin a picture. There was a Master Teacher who had three sons. When the Master Teacher died, there was only one child capable of replacing the Master Teacher. Then by itself, the child who replaces him will be titled Master Teacher as well. So did I. I am like the Prophet Muhammad who was sent to complete the teachings of the previous Prophets. There are some teachings that I consider to be wrong and I must change. That is according to the revelation I have received. If I get resistance from these people like you, I take it as a test as the previous prophets did" Adinullah said as he put his hands on his chest. Mr. Makripudin shook his head.
"What caused you to break down like this, Mr. Adin. I don't think your misguidance has come down to a serious problem like this. Please come, Mr. Adin. Allah's commandment is grievous for what you have done" said Mr. Makripudin.
Adinullah smiled wryly.
"My place in heaven is clear, Mr. Makripudin. I had enjoyed it before I had to go through a long journey in the Mahsyar field as Master Alamsyah Hasbi often said. Nature is already unfolding before me. Even when I say Kun, then Fayakun," Adinullah said as he patted his chest.
"Astaghfirullah," said Mr. Makripudin while stroking his chest. Johani himself was seen holding on to one of the pillars of his cottage. He felt his body feel weak. Body vibrates. He was shocked to hear Adinullah's words.
"You certainly know, people who dare to say like this must have seen and experienced firsthand things that are invisible. You do not have a high position to experience what I experienced, Mr. Makripudin," continued Adinullah. Mr. Makripudin could only sigh at the increasingly absurd words of Adinullah.
"Now look up at that hill if you want to see my miracle" Adinullah said, pointing his finger at the top of the high bako. Both of them looked in the direction indicated by Adinullah. Nothing is visible. Only the tall bakery tops were visible among the thick fog that was lurking.
Mr. Makripudin smiled. He felt Adinullah had given him a cheap joke. He looked back. But how surprised he was when he did not find Adinullah behind him again. He turned to Johani as if to ask for an explanation. But Johani seemed fixated when he realized Adinullah was no longer in his place. Mr. Makripudin immediately ran towards the entrance. Quiet, even to the end of the driveway. Mr. Makripudin soon approached Johani. He knew that there was a magical power that made it disappear so quickly that it left no trace.
"Where is he, sir," said Johani astonished. Mr. Makripudin shook his head. But he did not want Johani to be affected by the miracle that Adinullah showed them. He approached Johani.
"Confirm, Mom. What Mr. Adin did must have been the intervention of the devil who became his ally. We better get on with our work. Never be fooled by the devil's deceit. One scholar said, if you see someone who can fly or walk in the water, but he never practiced sharia, then be assured that it is all a satanic trick" said Mr. Makripudin. Johani nodded her head. He then stepped following Mr. Makripudin into the middle of the field.
Mr. Makripudin stopped his job of making trenches when he recalled what happened to Mr. Makripudin. He thought he should go home and report the matter to Master Teacher Alamsyah Hasbi. Not to rule out the possibility, with the miracle shown Adinullah will easily be able to affect people who live in forest areas, whose religious knowledge is very shallow.
Mr. Makripudin sighed. He remembered the message of Master Alamsyah Hasbi who told him to stay there until Master Alamsyah Hasbi came alone to the field. The order of Master Teacher Alamsyah Hasbi certainly has a certain purpose even though the current problem with Adinullah must be dealt with immediately. It is better that he wait and hope that Master Alamsyah Hasbi will soon side with him.
