Tia was surprised to find out that the doctor was a man who used to be her rival during the High School.

Again the two mention each other's names and special nicknames only between the two. They did not expect to be reunited in the hospital with a different situation and appearance.

For a few seconds the two eyes meet each other, bringing memories of the incident seven years ago where they were figures who always scrambled to become class champions.

"Alright, don't blame me if I forget about it" Tia said. Tia stepped away leaving Arfa who was staring softly at her.

"Tia, for the sake of always being with you I'm willing to keep learning day and night, it doesn't cross my mind to waste time playing. For your sake Tia, I hope one day you understand. This heartbeat would be more rhythmic if there was your name in it," Arfa murmured inwardly as she smiled towards the direction where Tia disappeared.

Since then, Arfa has always avoided Tia if Tia charges for what Arfa wants. Tia and Arfa's relationship was further distant, plus Arfa who moved school because she followed her father on duty.

Their eyes were cut off, as Arfa asked for the information she should write on the patient list.

"How are you, Tembem?" ask Arfa to Tia. Arfa called Tia Tembem because Tia has a soft cheek like a bakpao.

"Well," Tia replied briefly because Tia was busy covering up her nervousness.

"Oh, Yes. This patient named Hans, is he your husband?" ask Arfa by suppressing tightness in the chest.

"No, Brother Hans is my ex-sister-in-law. I now live with him to help take care of his mother," Tia replied honestly. He's not hiding anything from Arfa.

Arfa is thrilled when she learns that Tia has any relationship with Hans.

"You mean?" tia asked in a search.

"Susi?! Ck! Always a nuisance!" arfa's curse in his heart.

Tia received and then parted ways with Arfa. Tia knew that Arfa must be busy, so she wanted Tia to leave immediately.
