Marrying a Paraplegic Conglomerate

Marrying a Paraplegic Conglomerate
Chapter 15 Waste of time

"If your feet are better, then I will ask your permission to return to the office from today" Nandini said after two weeks had passed. They have just had breakfast.

Viktor glanced at him and looked at him.

"Why should I work again?" tanyakanya.

"The job is very important to me. Our marriage is temporary. After that I will return to be Nandini and not the mistress of this house. If it doesn't work, how can I pay for my college,"

Nandini thought about taking college while working on Viktor's advice a few days ago. For Viktor education is very important and not just smart and smart enough, but in need of recognition like a title to make others believe in his ability.

"As you please," Viktor spoke while breathing out as if his mind was focusing on something else. His eyes have since stared at the rising stock price and bounced back after several days of slumping.

After being allowed by Viktor, Nandini went upstairs and would pick up the bag in his room. He just sent a message to CEO Virlie if Viktor's health has improved and he can work from today.

"Send the message already, breakfast already, hem...let alone yes...?" Nandini slightly tiptoed and looked at her face and body in the glass.

"Hmm, this shirt is really nice. If I get out of this house, then I can't wear all these clothes anymore. Because, this dress was prepared by him not for me. Like I'm still here, there's no harm in me wearing some,"

Nandini spoke to herself while circling. Living in Viktor's house is sometimes like he's serving a sentence. But sometimes when he looks into his room full of clothes up to dozens of neatly arranged, making him a little lucky to be able to wear all that without buying it.

"Either until when this punishment ends, I will try to adjust to his extremely arrogant attitude. Otherwise, I would have died standing up every time I heard her screams!"

"Nandni!" As Nandini was deep in heart, Viktor suddenly shouted from the first floor.

"He was annoying. There are so many servants in this house, but they are always yelling for me!" Nandini's sigh moved from her room.

"What's wrong?" ask her after arriving in front of Viktor.

"Get me my phone in the room. I have to go see someone immediately" Viktor said, putting the business magazine on.

"Why not say that from now on? If you say I'll bring them. I could be late like this!"

"God! You were just about to work but it pissed me off. Quickly get it, there!"

Nandini then passed from before Viktor and climbed up again to get his phone. In his heart he was really upset about his attitude. He could ask the servants in this house for help. Already knew if this was Nandini's first day at work. But that arrogant man would not even care about her.

"More. I'm leaving now!" nandini said and passed without waiting for an answer from Viktor. If I don't quickly leave from before him, then there's just something he's asking for. Get this, get that. Fuck up!

.

Tok tok! Nandini knocks on CEO Virlie's door.

"Lake in!" answer from within.

"Please sit!" the CEO of Virlie invited Nandini to take a seat.

"Welcome back to this office,"

"Thank you.." she replied. The CEO then put down his pen because he was signing an important file and now looks at Nandini closely.

"How's Viktor doing? I heard his leg had relapsed again. Is it healed now?" ask the CEO to Nandini.

"Now it's better. He can walk without any more help,"

"Ohh. When are you going to split up? I heard her parents didn't accept you?"

Nandini. Then answer slowly. "Yes. I understand that. Because from the beginning it wasn't me they wanted. And again, I'm also not interested in being his wife,"

"Ehm, you're on the right track. You have to stay like this. Don't expect more from him. He's mad at me. One day if the anger goes away, then we'll be together again after you and her part," CEO Virlie said, making Nandini look at her.

"Yeah. I can't force her to divorce me for anything,"

"Well, why is he still defending you? Wouldn't that just be a waste of time?"

"What?" Nandini was somewhat intrigued by the time-wasting remarks the CEO had said just now.

"Well, I mean, what's it for together if there's no love. Just wasting time. All I see is, he's replying to me. He's still mad at me. That's why he defends you..."

"Maybe the CEO is right" Nandini also thinks it's true what CEO Virlie said.

"OKAY. Happy work and every day maybe I'll ask you about Viktor. Because I can't ask her directly,"

"Yes, okay..."

Nandi then went out and went back to his desk. As he sat down and opened his laptop, his mind floated and thought of home.

"The CEO said it was true. He and I are wasting time. But, I was being punished by him for causing an accident back then. And no one should know the events of that time," Nandini's inner self and began to unlock her laptop and enter the data as usual.
