Since last night Rospita has been constantly scouting Mr. Tan about the groom who suddenly changed. Rospita was very angry because she did not know about the matter at all. The woman is even more upset that since coming home from Flo's wedding, Mr. Tan has chosen to keep his mouth shut.

"What really happened, why did Flo marry Nick instead of Nicho?" I don't know how many times Rospita repeated the same question. This time she asked again after breakfast with her husband.

Mr. Tan let out a long sigh, the man who was no longer young turned his head and looked at his wife. "Nicho left Flo the day before the wedding. Good thing Nick wants to help Flo and save our family's good name" replied Mr. Tan in the end, he knew if he kept quiet then his wife would continue to follow him with the same question.

"Isn't it the day before Nicho's wedding coming here?" ask Rospita again.

Mr. Tan shook his head. "That's Nick!"

Rospita growls in annoyance, she doesn't accept Flo marrying Nick. A handsome man who was successful at a young age and managed to steal his attention. Yes, before Flo got engaged to Nicho, Rospita had been looking into Nicho's family background. Rospita was quite stunned when she learned Nicho was the second son of Samuel Wijaya, one of the owners of the largest hospital in their city. And what caught Rospita's attention was the figure of Nick, twin Nicho who is quite famous in the business world. Several times Rospita came to the hospital owned by the Wijaya family and had met several times with Nick. Nick's good looks and success make Rospita fall in love even though she has a husband.

"Why don't you tell me all this mas, am I not part of the Tan family?" rospita protested.

"I'm so shocked, I don't even believe everything Ros. Please understand me this time!"

Rospita tries to temper her anger, she has to be kind until all the Tan family fortune falls into her hands. "I forgive you this time, next time don't hide anything from me. I feel unappreciated, however I am your wife and Flo I have considered like my own daughter even though we don't get along!"

Mr. Tan nodded slowly, he also felt guilty for not telling Flo the matter to Rospita.

While at the hospital, Flo is doing an examination. Doctors are conducting an ultrasound to find out Flo's gestational age because the woman does not remember when she last menstruated.

"If viewed from its size, the gestational age has stepped on the fifth week," said the doctor graciously.

"How's our baby doc?" asked Nick while staring at the monitor screen, although only a black dot was seen there, strangely Nick felt happy as if he was the real father of the baby Flo biological.

"So far the size is normal according to the age of pregnancy. You can check it again when the age of the womb stepped on the tenth week, usually in the tenth week the fetal heartbeat begins to sound," the doctor in detail.

"Then how is my wife doc? Are there certain foods you should avoid while you're pregnant?" ask Nick again, Flo even gasped at Nick's question, his heart touched and feeling indebted to Nick.

"Your wife is fine and there are no restrictions on any food while consuming it is still within reasonable limits" replied the doctor with a smile. The doctor looked at Flo. "It's lucky that you have a very caring husband" she praised Nick.

Flo smiled stiffly, if only their work was based on love, maybe Flo felt lucky to have a husband like Nick.

"I will prescribe vitamins, please use them!"

The two then left the examination room and went to redeem the medicine.

"Wait here, I'll get some medicine" Nick said, telling Flo to sit down.

"Hem," Flo just muttered, she waited for Nick until the man came back and the two left the hospital. Today Nick accidentally takes Flo to another hospital so that their marriage avoids gossip. On the way home, Nick parked his car in front of the supermarket.

"What's wrong Nick?" flo asked with a confused face.

"I want to go shopping. You wanna come?" answer Nick.

Flo just nodded, both of them got out of the car and into the supermarket. Nick encourages the shopper and begins to look for his needs.

"Take whatever you need!" nick said because Flo just followed him.

Since Flo also needs some items, the woman then takes them as needed. Flo follows Nick again, and he begins to wonder when he sees Nick pick up various kinds of vegetables and fish and meat.

"Nick, why are you shopping so much?" out of curiosity Flo finally asked, maybe Nick would have a guest.

"Fish is very good for pregnant women because it can help the development of the brain, spinal cord and eyes of the fetus. With the high content of omega-3 fatty acids and choline, it can lower the risk of premature birth and other abnormalities when the baby is born," Nick replied at length, with a, out of nowhere the man learned the efficacy of fish for pregnant women. Nick then pointed at the beef he had just put in the basket. "Meats are rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals that play an important role in optimizing fetal growth and development as well as the formation of fetal body cells perfectly," Nick continued like a nutritionist.

For the first time, Flo heard Nick speak at length. I don't know what he's gonna do to repay Nick's kindness.

"Why are you so good to me?" tanya Flo with teary eyes.

Nick let out a long sigh, the man looked at Flo gently. "Because you're my responsibility now. Don't worry, just tell me if you need anything!"

"Thank you Nick, I don't know how I should repay you!"

"As long as you and our baby are healthy, that's more than enough!"

Flo could only shut up, but he couldn't say anything. He feels he is a bad guy for making Nick a replacement for Nicho even though Nick himself offered to. None of this would have happened had Nicho never left him. "May your indigestion cease from the moment you forsake me, Nicho!"
