A few years ago...

Nick, a flat-faced man with a myriad of accomplishments that belong to him. Unfortunately, the handsome man had a twin brother who always made trouble. Since childhood Nick and Nicho have very different traits even though they are identical twins. Nick, who was born 5 minutes early, grew up to become a more silent man, fond of reading business and medical science magazines owned by his family members since he was just five years old. Unlike Nick, Nicho is more talkative and prefers to play than read. Both of them grew up with very different characters. After completing his S1, Nick chose to continue S2 while Nicho spent his time playing, clubing, mabok-mabokan.

It was not just once or twice that Nicho was caught for vandalising public facilities during the attack. At its peak, when Nick just finished his S2, Nicho was arrested by the police on charges of drug abuse and circulating it, and unfortunately again Nicho was caught while being treated in a hospital owned by the family.

The news of Nicho's arrest has of course infuriated hospital officials, decreased public confidence in hospitals and made hospitals difficult.

The public doubts the performance of the hospital because it treats addicts and drug dealers. Sam's electability as the hospital leader began to be doubted because of the case that befell his son.

Nick who initially wanted to continue the study of S3 was forced to give up his dream and help his father overcome the hospital problems. While Sam and Nick are busy solving the problems Nicho caused, the troublemaker justu berleha-leha at home.

After a year of struggle, the hospital finally regained the trust of the community. The hospital made it through the crisis thanks to Nick's efforts and hard work with his father.

"Until when are you going to cause this kind of trouble?" that question always comes out of Sam's mouth every time he meets Nicho. "Take your brother's example, he can always count on. Not like you, troublemaker!"

Nicho who was playing the game threw his phone with the origin, the young man then stood up and looked at his father angrily. "Just compare, I don't care" replied Nicho upset, since childhood he is often compared to Nick.

"Yes!" sam answered because he was emotional.

"Okay, I'm gonna get out of this fucking house. I will prove to you all that I can live without you!"

Since then Nicho decided to leave the house, the young man sold his motorbike and luxury car and opened a workshop near the campus.

Regret always comes at the end, Sam curses himself for hurting Nicho through his words. But this opportunity Sam will use to make Nicho change. Sam was quite happy when he found out Nicho started his business, secretly Sam often told his men to fix their motorcycles or cars in the workshop owned by Nicho.

Time quickly passed, it had been a year since Nicho decided to leave his parents' house. The workshop started to get crowded and Nicho started adding employees.

One year is also not a short time for Nick to occupy an important position in the hospital. Hospital business took up a lot of Nick's time until he started letting go of his S3.

Work really makes Nick sad, suddenly he felt bored and wanted to find fresh air. At the same time, Nick remembered Nicho, although often arguing but did not cover up the fact that they were brothers. At lunchtime, Nick decides to watch Nicho's condition in secret.

"Murkey!" shouted the young girl.

Nick grinned as the thief ran towards him, it seemed like he had a way to deal with his sense of selflessness. Nick deliberately stopped the man, though, his long legs were deliberately straightened to the side and in a hurry the thief did not see Nick's feet and stumbled to fall on the sidewalk with the young girl's bag.

With one move, Nick incapacitates the thief. Nick took off his tie and tied the thief's hands behind his body.

Shortly after, the young girl approached Nick with gasping breaths.

Nick cleaned his hands, he stood up and turned around so he and the young girl faced each other.

For a split second, Nick stared at the spot with a straight gaze scanning every inch of the face of the beautiful girl standing before him. The white face with reddish cheeks, a sharp nose, narrow eyes and long hair that was draped in the wind made the girl look even more dazzling.

"Thank you" said the girl sincerely. The girl's smile widened when she saw her bag chuckling on the sidewalk. Unknowingly, the corner of Nick's seedlings was raised looking at the narrowed eyes like in the swallow of the earth when the owner smiled. The girl grabbed her bag, she took out her purse and pulled out two pieces of money a hundred thousand. "I just brought this, thank you for helping me" he said, handing the money out to Nick.

"I'm rich, just save your money!" nick answered unconsciously. Deep in his heart he was sorry for talking so arrogantly.

The girl looked awkward and re-entered the money. He then lowered his head for a moment. "Thank you again" said the girl sincerely. Just as the girl was about to reach her head, suddenly many people were running around and one of them hit the girl's body hard. Due to lack of balance, the girl's body staggered forward and hit Nick's chest.

As the girl's heart beat violently, Nick's scent of perfume made the girl's chest rumble. But the girl immediately realized and immediately distanced her body.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it" said the girl innocently.

"Yes" Nick said.

"I'm sorry, thank you again!"

Nick's goal was to stare at the girl's back which was getting further away. When Nick was leaving, he accidentally found a card on the sidewalk. Nick grabbed the card, apparently a student card.

"Florencia Tan" Nick's spell reads the name on the card. Nick then kept it in his pocket, and no matter what Nick thought, Nick again untied the tie in the hands of the thief who was still on the ground. "Go, because of you I found the girl who made my heart beat!"
