Flo looks doubtful, he pacing back and forth in front of his room while holding a cell phone, he wants to contact Nick but it feels so heavy. Flo is also tidy and plans to catch up with Nick to the hospital, but again the ego holds him back.

"Come on Flo, your in-laws are in care now. Don't be selfish and think only of yourself!" flo said to himself. After trying to suppress his prestige and ego, Flo decides to go to the hospital.

Adelia and Zea are in the hospital. The two women sit between Nick who looks so tired, the black circumference under Nick's eyes indicates that the man was awake all night.

"Where's Nicho?" zea asked as he looked around, since he had come he had not seen Nicho.

"I told him to eat mom" Nick replied, wiping Zea's hand.

"Sister told him to eat while brother himself hasn't eaten?" adelia said with a dislike face, she was upset because Nick was still so good to Nicho.

Nick turned his head and looked at his sister softly. "You talk Del, Nicho is your brother too, call him brother!" message Nick wise.

Adelia was upset, not knowing what her brother's heart was made of. "Yes, yeah, I know!"

"Momy and Adel are here, you better eat Nick first, don't get sick too!" sela Zea's.

"Well mom, do momy and Adel want to buy anything?"

"Momy and Adel ate!"

Nick got up from his seat, before leaving he peered at the glass window and looked at Sam from a distance. Satisfied looking at the dady, Nick then left. But just a few steps away, he passed the doctor and nurse who ran around with a panicked face and went into the ICU room where Sam was.

Nick turned around with a tense face, he immediately ran over to Zea and Adel who were already standing in front of the ICU room. Seeing his mother and sister rebuking, Nick immediately embraced the two.

"Dady Nick," said Zea held back because her tears came out so hard.

"Dady's gonna be okay mom, believe me!" nick answered as calmly as possible even though his feelings were mixed.

Amidst the tension, Nicho returns while dripping a plastic bag containing breakfast for his twin. Nicho approached his family with a confused face. "What's wrong Nick?" tanyanya stared at her family in turn.

Nick looked towards Nicho. "I don't know either, all of a sudden the doctor and the nurse went inside!"

At the same time a doctor came out and approached Zea and her two children. "Mr Samuel is looking for your mistress" said the doctor, staring at Zea.

Zea wiped her tears violently. "My husband's okay, isn't he?" tanyanya rouse.

The doctor was silent and gave no answer. "Master Samuel is waiting for the madam!"

"Sa-honey," said Sam in a hoarse voice.

Zea immediately grabbed Sam's hand and clasped it tightly. "I'm here, hang on baby!" sahut Zea full haru.

Sam tilted his head so he could see Zea's face clearly. "Ja-don't cry," he said gasping.

Zea wiped her tears violently. "I'm not crying!"

A very bright smile appeared on Sam's pale face. "Please promise not to cry!"

Zea could only nod while holding back her tears.

"Honey," called Sam in an increasingly weak voice.

"I'm here!"

"Thank you for being my wife. I'm so happy to have you. And sorry," Sam paused his sentence, his breathing growing heavier and a groove of tears dripping from the tail of his eyes.

"Don't say that, there's nothing to forgive. I am also very happy to be your wife. You know how much I love you!"

"I have to apologize to me. Everything that happened to our son was a punishment for me because I hurt you in the past. I regretted it all my life, baby!"

Zea shook her head, the tears that had been held back had finally broken down as well. "Don't say anything more. I've forgiven everything, I've forgotten the past. Don't reveal it again, the happiness you give is thousands of times greater than your past mistakes!"

Sam tried to raise his hand, with the remnants of energy he had he wiped the tears on his wife's face very gently. "Get the kids well, lead Nick and Nicho to make peace. Don't hate any of them, baby!"

Zea held Sam's hand on her face. "We will lead them together!"

"I love you baby!" sam said with a smiling face, the next second his hand slipped from his wife's grasp. The deafening shrill sound of the monitor made Zea so panicked.

"Dear, open your eyes!" Zea shook Sam's body while sobbing.

The nurse helps Zea move, and the doctor tries to get Sam's heartbeat back. Unfortunately, after half an hour passed Sam's heartbeat did not return, the straight line on the monitor screen did not change at all.

The doctor removed all the tools that were attached to Sam's body, then he turned his head and looked at Zea with a face full of regret. "Mr Sam is gone, the time of death is 10 past 25!"
